View Blog    Me, Myself and I Continuosly putting others before yourself? Letting their priorities override your own in the hope of keeping them happy? Dont allowing your dreams to come true because you're too busy helping somone else get theirs??? STOP! Take a step back.... Take a deep breath.... exhale.... If this is you, it needs to stop... TODAY!!! Im not saying dont help people, you can be helpful and still put yourself and your needs first. Learn to say YES if you really want something. Learn to say NO if you dont. Trust yourself to make decisions and stick them... or dont... do what feels right FOR YOU... not what everyone else wants or expects you to do!
