Josh had his Pinewood Derby race on Sunday. He is a Tiger Cub and was very excited. There were about 40 other Scouts and cars there. Their troop recently purchased a new track that could be hooked up to a computer to calculate speeds of the cars. I think all the kids enjoyed knowing how fast their car would really be travelling if it was regular sized car. After 67 races, Josh found out he was in the top eleven. For a seven year old with a short attention span, he handled the 4 hour afternoon event quite well. 22 more races were run, and Josh received 7th place and a trophy. He was so excited.
