| Anna Grylls update Tuesday midnight

Coming home and seeing Anna was quite hard.
She is continuing to make improvements, but in some areas she is slowly getting worse. I saw all the "worses" at once, boom.
She’s been pulling on her right knee for so long now that it seems the bone structure in the knee has been altered. It now doesn’t seem that it could bend, even if her muscles would allow it to. It’s hard to describe how it feels, but it’s like the two bones in the lower leg are sticking out the back of her knee, and her kneecap is way up above her knee. Her leg is now always straight or bent backward.
Her left knee isn’t much better.
Her lower back is bending backwards more. I believe the technical term is scoliosis.
The area around her G-tube is building up scar tissue.
She’s been relatively stressed out for a while. It’s not quite clear what’s going on, but a dose of Tylenol usually takes care of it. It looks like her teeth are coming in, so it may just be that. Or it may not, it’s hard to tell.
She is having more seizure-like movements. We did an EEG down in Dayton yesterday to check what’s going on.
I think I just had a hard time walking back into the whale’s belly. It’s still quite stinky in here…
…and the hardest thing was to realize that Anna didn’t get to leave the whale’s belly for a 10-day trip to Europe. She’s there 24/7.
Lael didn’t get to go either.
Enough of the belly already. Please pray for those things above and believe they are all done, finished, completely healed. Expect a miracle.
Anna is breathing extremely well when her trach is plugged off, so Lael is busy working on weaning her off it. It is really going very well at the moment.
Also, she is continuing to move her arms more purposefully. It’s hard to describe, but when you help her lift her arm up, she will often either not resist, or actually help lift it a little bit.
Whoa! Is that a glimmer of light I see? Is the whale opening its mouth just a little?!! Is that the beach?!!!!
Thank you Jesus for healing Annie B!
Many many thanks to Sara Mast for staying here for the last few weeks. She is totally wonderful, and we appreciate her help very much indeed. Many thanks also to the wonderful Liz for looking after Nanners so we could go up to Michigan on Saturday.
Again, thank you Jesus for healing Annie B!
God bless,
Richard

We are feeling for you for how it must feel to still look at the belly of the whale...but we know our Great Physician is ever able and we believe everyday that "this" could be the day and everyday makes it a greater miracle. Our prayers are always going up for you!
Thank you Jesus for healing Anna!

I just wanted to share a verse on one of my favorite songs by Bro. Terry Tidwell,
I prayed and prayed but no answer came,my day's turned to week's, my greif turned to pain and I cried Oh Lord, it seem's like you haven't heard my prayer. But God said I heard the first time you called, but Satan tried to block your answer to stall, but reinforcement's been made, Satan you have to withdrawl! There's power in PRAYER! Just wanted to let you all know that we are still praying and believing for the Miracle of beautiful little Anna. God bless and keep each of you in His Loving Care!

Oh dear Richard, I do understand what you mean. Being away and then coming back is facing reality. However, you are seeing it from a mortal's point of view, which is how we all do, but God's view is so very different. His plan for her is perfect, we just don't have minds big enough to understand that. Lael must be delighted to have you back, as must all the children, so welcome home.

LOOKING.AT.THE.UNSEEN_ JEFF.IN FRIDAY_ 58-1003
E-16 Sometime ago, I remember, of talking to an intellectual person that said, "How will you ever know there is anything different then what just any religion could produce?"
I said, "I read in the Bible of a living God. I read of His goodness. I read of His patience and His power. And I believed that, just as much as anybody could believe it. But one day I met that One I read about. Then there was a sudden change, and I've never been the same since, and hope I never will be.
Something takes place, when sight fails to produce it, faith is there to catch the place and produce it.
LOOKING.AT.THE.UNSEEN_ JEFF.IN FRIDAY_ 58-1003
E-17 And we see that Abraham, he was not a young man when this happened. He was an old man, seventy-five years old. And his wife, Sarah, which was his half-sister, and they had been married many, many years, since she was a girl of about seventeen, it's believed. And God told Abraham, "I have chosen you and Sarah, that you are going to have a child. And Sarah had been barren all her life. But Abraham never looked at what his eyes would see, an old wrinkled woman, many years past the time of life to have children, but he looked at the Unseen, and he saw Isaac. By faith he saw Isaac. And he, after looking to the Unseen, he called those things which were not as though they were. He got a glimpse of the Unseen. By faith he saw it. And the Bible says that he endured as seeing the invisible God with him all along the road.
LOOKING.AT.THE.UNSEEN_ JEFF.IN FRIDAY_ 58-1003
E-18 When a man once catches that vision of the invisible God and know that He's always present, there's something that stabilizes that man's thinking; it stabilizes his actions, and in the time of distress and trouble, it'll still make him look upward and above the things that are happening around him, because he's looking at the Unseen, yet by promise.
Now, how Abraham, not only did he see the Unseen... And the reason he believed it, was because God said it. And if we being dead in Christ, we are Abraham's seed, and if the Spirit that was in Christ dwells in us, it does the same thing. It takes every Divine promise of God that's in His Bible and calls it present tense, and rests itself upon there.

Ugh. Sometimes its hard to know what to say - especially when I can feel your pain. Our poor baby! Please give my love to Sis Lael.
HE.CARES.DO.YOU.CARE?_ JEFF.IN V-12 N-4 SUNDAY_ 63-0721
And we believe that doctors help people. I believe that God heals by medicine. God heals by surgery. God heals by understanding. God heals by love. Just a little love goes a long way. Let somebody be all upset, and just show them you care for them. See? God heals by love. God heals by prayer. God heals by miracles. God heals by His Word. God heals. Whatever source it is, God heals by it. It's God that heals, for He said, "I'm the Lord that healeth all thy diseases."
PERSEVERANT_ CHICAGO.IL V-21 N-4 FRIDAY_ 63-0802
You don't accept your healing, thinking God will do it. You accept your healing 'cause God's already done it. He promised it, and your faith says it's so, and nothing else can wipe it out.
