| Anna Grylls update Sunday 11pm
|
|
|
We had a rough day for much of the day today - I always find it tough not going to church on Sunday, especially when it's been almost 3 weeks now... Then the Lord sent us wonderful visitors in the evening who were uplifting and encouraging. They took us out to eat (yes, we actually left the hospital campus!). When we got back, we wanted them to come up and pray for Anna before they left, but the guard stopped us because it was past visiting hours. I told him that I had a sick daughter who needed these people to pray, and he relented and let them come up. We prayed for Anna and they headed on home. Our friend from Albuquerque had been praying specifically that Anna would relax. Only after our visitors left did we really notice what had happened:
So, after two whole weeks of being largely stiff and rigid, she RELAXED. Her limbs aren't stiff any more, they're supple, you can bend her leg or arm no problem, her grip relaxed also.
Her heart-rate, which had been consistently above 120, and often above 150, dropped to 90.
Her breathing, which was consistently above 30 per minute, and often above 40, dropped to 20. She's now breathing slow and steady, deep breaths.
When I tickled her foot or hand, she (fairly) quickly responded with an appropriate withdrawal response.
She's also making small sucking motions with her tongue from time to time, kind of like a baby often does when they're sleeping.
So, as she's sleeping now, she appears and feels just like she would if she were sleeping in her bed at home. All she needs to do now is wake up! PLEASE continue to pray specifically for her gag, swallow and cough to return strong, and for her to WAKE UP!
PRAISE GOD! He is SO FAITHFUL to heal Annie B, and to encourage her parents!!!!
One other praise report - God sent us wise counsel on Saturday to ask if Anna's blood count had been checked lately. When we asked the nurse, we found that the doctors hadn't done it, and when they did they found her count dangerously low, hence the blood transfusion last night. Praise God for keeping His eye on everything!
Thank-you Jesus for healing Anna!
God bless,
Richard

Brother Richard,
This experience that you are sharing with us has made me aware that Jesus is working through you and Lael to help alot of people-probably right in the hospital! The testimony you've created is a marvelous example of what Christ is able to do through us when we face a serious trial. Glad to hear your daughter is relaxing! Praise God you made it out today and got a bite! :)

Dear Bro. Richard, I attend Only Believe Tabernacle in Siloam Springs, AR. We have been fervently praying for little Anna since we first received the news of her accident last Sunday Morning. Not only in our church, but my wife and I, and our two boys as well. I have just had such a peace each time I pray for her that I can't do anything but believe she is already healed. Although we, in our natural eyes, may not 100% see it yet, in God's eyes it is already done. I know you are very busy right now, but I have a special burden on my heart to visit with you personally. So if you can find the time, you can email me at goforthinchrist@tds.net anytime. My name is Dwayne George. May God richly bless you and your family and church. We will continue to pray.

Bro.Richard and Sis.Lael,
So glad Annie B is doing better and stable after her blood. Make sure they follow up with another Hemaglobin and Hematocrit in the morning. Is she off the steroids yet? We finished camp meetings today at our family camp. They were wonderful. We are moving over the next two days and then going to SC to Bro.Jasons for three weeks. I may be away from the computer for a little while but I will get updates from my friends on Anna's progress. I will however be in continual prayer and available by phone if you need me. Rest well. Each new update brings more signs of progress!!! The Bride is the final voice to this world. Let we the Bride call for Anna to "Wake Up, in the name of Jesus Christ." Lael, were you able to find Bro. Jason's web site to see the section regarding Annie B? I'm so glad God sent your friend to watch over AnnieB at night. A praying, loving friend to guard over her, what a blessing. As well as your visitors. Prayer changes everything. I am reminded of Jesus in the Garden, and how that after his testing,God sent an angle to minister unto him. God always sends us comfort when we most need it. Rest well. Sounds like God has many people praying for Anna thru the night hours. Praise God for faithful pray warriors in this battle.
Love, In Christ

My heart is very encouraged by the last few posts. There isn't a day that goes by that i don't kick my kids off the computer so I can check on Anna... :) I haven't been able to post in a while, But my prayer too has been for Anna to ARISE... Just like when Jesus prayed for Jiruses daughter... This has been my prayer for the last few days..."Anna Arise in the name of Jesus", Our Lord is faithful...there are some words to a song I keep thinking of as well... it says,"the shepherd leads his sheep along the winding narrow road, through grassy fields and shady pastures by the rivers flow, I'm not driven down this path I trod, I follow him by choice. I don't need to see the way ahead, I only need to hear, the shepherds voice." Remember to always look to the UNSEEN. :) Luv and prayers :) The Townsends in S.Carolina

Matthew 8:15 & 16
And He (Jesus) touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose,.....
and He (Jesus) cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:..... And He our Lord Jesus is the same this day....Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.Hebrews 13:8

I heard a song on the radio the other day by the Isaac's called "All is well". Have you heard it? It was so powerful and through the whole song all I could think about was little Anna! It talks about the woman in the bible who's child died and she went out searching for Jesus and along the way people would ask how she was and she replied "All is well"..it was so powerful! I was trying so hard not to cry....let us all remember: All is Well!!!

Isaiah 53
1Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
2For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
3He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
8He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
10Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
11He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Unworthy are we of the grace that He gave and continues to keep on giving! He is so good and we are so thankful for every single improvment Anna makes! Just wanted to let you all know we're still here and still believing for a finished work for little Anna, claiming the healing that is our promise as sons and daughters of God. I always wonder what people who are not so priviledged as we are to know the Lord do in times of need. My hearts hurts for them knowing how much that I myself lean on Him every minute of every day! "There but for the grace of God...." We are truley a blessed people! Much love, Shelley & Family

Dear Richard and Lael, i did not see any new updates about our little Anna all day long today and i am so used to see something about her. I long to come upon your blog and read about her. Nothing today and i was thinking and praying for her, and then this afternoon i run over this verse from Isaiah 65:24 which said "Before they call I will answer" and i just know that God takes care of her and the rest of the family. We are so many people and are all calling His precious Name and ask Him to heal
"our" little Anna. And He gave me such a Peace because I know that He allready answered before we called. And we proclaim Victory in His Precious Name. Amin.
In Christ Love

GREAT.SHINING.LIGHT_ JEFF.IN V-24 N-1 SUNDAY_ 57-1222
139 No matter what the circumstances, Jesus said in Mark 11:24; He said, "If thou shall say to this mountain, 'Be plucked up and cast into the sea,' and don't doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say shall come to pass, thou shall have what you say."
Now, let me quote the lexicon, that's the original Greek. Here's the way it reads. "If thou shall say to this mountain, 'Be ye lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and don't doubt in your heart, but believe that what you have said is coming to pass, you can have what you say."
GREAT.SHINING.LIGHT_ JEFF.IN V-24 N-1 SUNDAY_ 57-1222
141 When you said, "Mountain, be moved," and it still stands there, you say, "Well, it didn't happen?" Oh, it did happen. When you said, "Mountain, move," maybe one little significant grain of sand turned loose out of the hundreds of billions and billions of tons. One little grain moved, but it's begin to take place. Hold that faith and watch that mountain disappear. Certainly.
Thou shall say in thy heart, "Disease, move from my child. Disease, move from my body in the Name of the Lord Jesus," and don't doubt. Right there the good germs take on a new armor and a new weapon, and the enemy begins to back up. He's defeated because Christ, in the drinking of His myrrh at Calvary, defeated the devil and every one of his powers. And He stripped him of everything he had, and he's nothing but a bluff; he can go through with it, he will do it.
We are determined by God's grace to preach the Gospel and reflect His Light until He comes.

For those who are wondering, I know that Bro. Richard had to be gone most of the day. However, I do know the Anna took a step backward this evening and I'm sure they would appreciate our prayers. We still want to thank Jesus for healing Anna and we believe it.
As always...we continue in our prayers.
