Anna was kind of up and down this week, she ran a temp. sometimes, she needed a lot of oxygen sometimes, she postured and sweated sometimes, and other times she was just fine. It wasn’t clear why. For the last couple of days she’s been fine, so I believe she’s better, and all is well! Praise God!
Many many thanks to Mary and Katie for going with Lael this week to hyperbaric treatment! I can’t say we have seen a lot of change in Anna from this treatment, but I believe it’s coming!
We had a fun time at the school basketball tournament last night. The kids played hard, but the teachers won both games. I got to shoot one free-throw, and I’m glad to say it hit the backboard, but sadly it didn’t go in.
We had a wonderful service Thursday night at church. We were praying at the end of service when I saw a vision of Jesus holding Anna in his arms. I couldn’t see her very clearly, but I think she was as she is today. One of my prayers all the way through this has been that Jesus would hold Anna in His arms all the time. The vision was a great reassurance to me. Lael reminded me that the scripture that says that ‘He won’t give us more than we can bear’ applies to Anna also.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in Cloverdale.
God bless,
Richard
