Annie B had a GREAT night. She...
Opened her eyes for the first time in over a week!
MOVED her eyes, for the first time since we've been here!
Cried, with tears and whimpering, first time since we've been here!
Made a noise through her nose (I mean a noise which sounded like it was a conscious attempt at making a noise, not just bubbling mucus.)
Stretched and yawned, first time since we've been here!
Also her pupils are responding normally now - they have usually responded to light, but usually not in the exact proper way. Now they are contracting and staying tight, just as they're supposed to. This apparently is a good sign of improved neurological function.
Medically she's also doing great, her heart-rate is down in the 120s, having been up over 160 for most of the last 2 days. She slept really well, and is relaxed. They're bringing her supplemental oxygen down slowly, right now it's at 26%. Her trach is doing fine this morning.
ALL PRAISE BE TO GOD!!!
Please pray that the introduction of formula through her G-tube goes well today!

Praise God! It was getting hard to bear... and I'm so far away and can only relate in heart as a mother and family. This sure is news of great joy! Thank God for you and Lael and your wonderful faith in Him. You are a true testimony to Him. Know that my prayers will continue and be constant until Anna's complete healing is manifested.

All I could do was cry and say, THANK YOU, JESUS!!!!!!! I am thrilled to hear of the good news!! Some boulders are coming off of that mountain now!!! =) Thank you Lord for healing Anna! We will continue in prayer for you all.

I know this is already expressed, but I can't help joining in with others and giving my thanks to Jesus, with tears of joy in my eyes because He has heard our cry and our prayers and has given you another day with signs of her healing. We NEVER doubted it, but were getting impatient with the wait of seeing more, and wanting so badly for you to experience it for the joy it would bring to you and the relief that she is not suffering.
We pray for the quick complete healing of her throat, knowing how the tubes being in there so long can cause a lot of problems with irritations.
We look forward to the next miracle. God is SO good! We thank you Jesus.

I have been keeping check on your daughter's recovery. My husband and I have been continuing to pray to her. I was so thrilled to see her pulling through time and time again and even more excited about this mornings news. I know you must feel so happy and excited. The Lord has done GREAT things and it makes me SO happy for her and for you both. We will continue to fight the enemy with you until the end.

I greet to today as Anna's mom and dad. You have both stood strong and still in your offices as mother and father. You have been faithful to the Word,"Stand Still and Know that I am God". You have been standing on the Ash Heap. The Lord said every believer must experience their Ash Heap. Now, you Know as Job, "That my Redeemer liveth"! "This is definitely an "I Know" trial. I love that sermon, "I Know". I reccommend it to every believer. I try to hear it often.
You are seeing God move your mountain!!!! My heart is overwhelmed at the Majesty of our God. He truely is the Mighty Conquerer!!!! You have activated Anna's Highpriest by your confession!!!! Her progress today is absolutely Supernatural!!!!!!!!Praise Our God! Glory, and Honor, and Praise to our God!!!! Oh, for a thousand tongues to praise him! We will continue to battle with you in prayer. The devil is a strong advisary, but we have a promise "That NO WEAPON formed against US shall prosper." Praise God! We'll talk soon. Praise be to God!!! My dad called, he is crying as he gives me the report (I hadn't checked update yet), I call Ben to give report and he can't talk after hearing and I can hardly read because of tears in my eyes, Martha text me and says they are crying as they shop after hearing good news. We are all crying tears of joy, rejoicing and praising with you. Wish we could be there right now to see the 'walls of Jericho falling down'. Our God is an AWESOME God. Thank you Lord for healing Anna!!!!!

I thank God for this site. for giving bro. richard a place to express and a place we can all pull together and pray for the concerns of anna. "Peace be unto you" was the part of my devotion last night that for several hours kept coming back to me, even in the late-late hours. i was praying for anna. the news of last night and tis morning brings much gladness to my heart & soul. praise God in all things. with all our love the evans

O, and by the way. Your children are rejoicing with the news too. Emily said "praise the Lord" and Elizabeth had to go read report right away for herself and her eyes were shining. And the boys aren't as vocal about it but I know they were rejoicing inside too. Thank the Lord!! And we thought it would be a couple of quiet days, Lael, but God had a different plan. Hallelujah!!
