We had a good day getting things done at home today.  The original plants in the Annie B Flower Garden had unfortunately died, so we bought some new plants and planted them.  Anna sat in her stroller and watched us planting.  I forgot to take a picture – I’ll try to remember for tomorrow.  We also got a ceiling fan in Anna’s room – it was once a dining room, and had one of those low dining room lights in it, that I was constantly hitting my head on…

Anna had a pretty good day today, she was quite relaxed and moving some.  In the hospital, her hands were always balled so tight that you couldn’t hardly open her hand, and she would pull out of almost any hand splint, as she was pulling so hard on her fingers.  Now she’s so much more relaxed that sometimes she even lets go of the roll that she holds!  PRAISE GOD!  Also, she used to move her head to her left 99% of the time, sometimes severely looking over her left shoulder.  Now she often will look straight ahead, and even to the right at times!  She still too stressed out (her heart rate is still in the 180s when awake, 170s sleeping), but she’s getting better!  PRAISE GOD!!

We have a new prayer request tonight – her right calf muscle is very swollen.  It feels hot.  We’ve been putting muscle rub on it and massaging it, which seems to be helping.  PLEASE PRAY that by the morning it is BETTER!  If you're at church tomorrow, please also put in a prayer request that she would start tracking objects with her eyes.  It's been a while since it's seemed like she should be able to do that, and it would be good for that to start happening!

Lord willing I get to go to Bro. Ray’s church tomorrow morning for the first time since July, and Lael will go to Bro. Craig’s in the afternoon.
