 Anna Grylls update Monday 10am

Did I mention how much we appreciate all your comments, texts, voicemails, cards, faxes, and by far most of all your prayers?  I draw so much strength just reading the comments that you all put after each post, and feeling the weight of the prayers for Anna  We're not allowed to talk on the cellphone in Anna's room, and as we spend so much time there it's tough to ever call any of you back, and the time I get here on the computer is short also, since it's downstairs aways.  Anyway, just wanted to let you all know how much we appreciate you, even if we can't give an individual response right now.

My Mom reminded me this morning that God is worthy to be praised!!!!  Even though there's no change in Annie B's condition this morning, it's a rainy day in Columbus, we're tired, blah blah whale's belly blah, God is still on His throne, still loves us more than we can imagine, is still in control, still has everything in His hand...  All praise to the living God!  Thank-you Jesus for another day to praise you!

God bless,

Richard

No change in her condition means the pneumonia isn't catching hold. No change means she isn't losing ground. While we will pray mightily for improvements today, sometimes the wait is what is needed. Rest assured that we will wait with you.

I read Sheryl your update last night and she was so pleased! Kristen has been calling her every day to read them to her and Sis. Sparks has learned how to call up the site specifically to get the updates.

When the people are one, they can not be stopped. We will continue to believe and God will continue to heal.

We appreciate the fact that you do take time away to give us updates. You guys are awesome!

Bliz, Jake, Em & Bubba; hang in there guys! We're praying for you too!

Much love,
Bro. Larry & Sis. Deb

I was reflecting this morning and it has seemed that Anna takes two steps forward and then one step backward. Today may show more improvements later on, but if not it could be from the healing that is continually taking place.

We pray the Lord just gives you strength and constant encouragement to wait it out. There's a lot of love out there for you.

All our love,

Brian & Lucille Erickson, Michigan

Dear Grylls family,
We just want you to know that you are in our prayers as well. We do not know each other in the natural but being part of the family of God, we are still family! My husband, Justin, is best friends with Ben Erickson. We have both been deeply saddened and moved by this whole occurence and the outpouring of love by everyone. Little Anna is in our hearts and prayers daily, as well as her mommy and daddy! God bless you all dearly. We are claiming the victory with you! Bro. Gary Silva and the rest of the church family here in San Antonio are also lifting you up. My daughter, who just turned 5, asks about Anna quite a bit too. I have shown her the pictures. She is praying as well! Love in Christ, Justin, Amanda, Tabitha, & Isaac Piper

Dear Grylls family,
We heard of your daughter and can only imagine how you must feel. We have two daughters that are 3 and 7 years old. My husband and I got down last night and prayed for your daughter knowing that if it was one of our girls we would want someone down praying for us. We will continue to lift her up in prayer knowing that God is more than able. You are continually in our thoughts and prayers.
God Bless You,
Nathanael and Susanna Holmes, Tennessee

Last night, getting in late from church and fellowship, I was eager for news about Anna... After reading the post, I went to bed, but could not sleep, even though it was past midnight...my heart was so fixed on Anna... So I prayed and prayed feeling his presence, my burden lifted and as I drifted off to sleep the song "Gentle Shepherd" was playing in my thoughts... He is our shepherd, also the words to another song that gives me comfort is "I don't need to SEE the way ahead, I only need to HEAR, the Shepherds voice"... Anna is his sheep...He will continue to be THE Shepherd... :)

Richard and Lael, We sang a song in church thursday night that made me think of you all instantly. "I would not be denied, I would not be denied til Jesus came and made me whole i would not be denied"!!! Amen! What a great faith statement! In the beginning when the situation did not look good you had such a strong faith (and still do) that your prayers COULD NOT be denied!! God is healing precious little Anna day by day! He is holding her in His loving arms and singing her sweet lullabies while she rests right now! Satan DOES NOT have an inch of ground to work with as to little Anna's healing, not even an inch!!! UGH he is SUCH a liar. I am praying that you both will be granted strength through the next few days of waiting before you bring Anna home..... I was at Mary and Darren's last night when Liz, Emmy and Jake got home and they were all so happy to see their baby sister.I knelt down to Emmy and said how was baby Anna, was she so cute? Emmy said oh she was just SOOO cute. she had "little bacterias" in her but I prayed to Jesus and he healed her "bacterias" so she is ALL better! childlike faith! You have taught all your children to trust in God and love Him because He first loved them. What a beautiful family you have!! please let me know if there is anything at all that you guys need. Can't wait to see the whole family back at church again. I know it won't be long! love you guys. -Katie

God bless you all. I finally decided to join so I could send you a comment. A thought just keeps going through my mind so I thought I better let it out:-) I'm sure you have already thought about it, but it might help to have someone else mention it too. I just keep thinking that Anna may still be in the state she is for someone else in that hospital. If she improves and she gets out of the ICU or even gets to go home, those people are going to lose your wonderful presence! There may even be one of God's children in there yet that needs to be witnessed to. You all are doing a wonderful job of that. Even in your time of trial, you are not withdrawing into yourselves and focusing on your own pain, you are reaching out to the others around you. Isn't that just like Jesus?! He has a lot of trust in you all, He knew He could put you in that hospital to be a witness and testimony for Him in a powerful way. I have gotten such a blessing reading your updates! And the comments from others.
We in Logan are really praying for you and thinking about you. Patti, Bryan and family ask me for updates constantly. Patti wanted to send you a comment but she only gets on at work. So, just know that they are praying for you.
God bless, just keep standing strong, you are being such a blessing to others. We had "Singspiration" last night at church and there were several different people that mentioned your testimony and how you've been standing strong.
We will keep praying until we read the final update:-)

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psalm 91:1-2

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed. Psalm 28:7-8

We just want you to know that we love you! Anna is on our minds and in our hearts. We are praying for your family daily. I am confident that our God who can but speak the words and miracles occur, is faithful to uphold you and give you strength, while we wait for a complete healing for Anna. This is our prayer!

Dear Grills Family,
We are praysing the Lord for keeping Anna in His hands and for giving you so much strenght to go thru. Our small romanian church, here in Phoenix AZ. prayied again last night for her full recovery. I believe that at this point all it is to be done is pray and wait, just wait. The recovery process has to have its course. And don't forget God's timing is not our timing. He has his plans and He KNOWS what He is doing. Meantime we are keeping you all in our prayiers.
May God Bless you all. In Jesus Name!

Richard and Lael, We love you all very much and are still believing that God is working here. We are waiting with you. We are sooo thankful that you have kept us informed on Annie B. I have posted these to my friends daily to keep them up to date also. They are so thankful to hear the news each day. I think the most awesome part about this is that there are people EVERYWHERE around the world that are in touch and praying UNITED that Anna's condition will improve and we are all EXPECTING a miracle recovery, soon! God is an on time God!

Y'all are awesome! Keep on keeping on!

EXPECTATIONS_ CLEVELAND.OH THURSDAY_ 50-0810
E-29 If Jonah, backslid, the belly of a whale, five miles deep, whale's belly all around him, could look towards a natural earthly temple, through a prayer of an earthly man that had been prayed, and believed that God heard, how much more ought you and I, as Christians, bound with diseases, look towards the heavens, where Christ sets at the right hand of God with His own Blood making...?... intercessions now for anything.
Symptoms, they're lying vanities. Don't receive them. Don't have nothing to do with them.
If you look to them, you're looking away from God. We look at the unseen, not at what we see. No one could look at what they see and be a Christian. You've got to believe the things that's unseen, for it's by faith are you healed, not by sight or by feeling.

EXPECTATIONS_ CLEVELAND.OH THURSDAY_ 50-0810
E-30 What if someone came up in the morning to your door, express agent, and throwed a whole basketfuls of rattlesnakes, and had your name on them. Said, "Here they are; they're yours."
You know they're there, just like you know your symptoms is there. If you receive them, they're yours. But you don't have to take them. You can say, "I don't want them."
Say, "Your name's on them."
Say, "I don't want them. I won't have them."
He can stand there and argue as much as he wants to. But until you take them and sign for them, they belong to the express company until you sign for them. Don't sign for nothing the devil brings. You say, "There it is, though I refuse to have it." That's right. "Take it back." Have nothing to do with it."
If you won't testify that you've got it... When you testify you still have your sickness, the devil keeps it with you. But you refuse to testify of it. Say, "I won't have it. No, sir."

EXPECTATIONS_ JONESBORO.AR THURSDAY_ 53-0507
E-24 Everybody is always looking at their symptoms. The pastor will pray for them; they go over and say, "Well, I don't seem to be any better." Well, that's not healing. Symptoms is the worst thing that's... That's one of the greatest scarecrows the devil's got. Symptoms don't have nothing to do with it, it's because God said so.
My, if there's anybody ever had a case of symptoms, it was Jonah. He ought to had symptoms, backslid, hands tied behind him, in the belly of a whale, about a mile deep in the ocean, a stormy sea, sea weeds wrapped around his neck. Talk about symptoms, he looked this way, it was whales belly. He looked that way it was whales belly. Everywhere he looked was whales belly. But he said, "They're lying vanities." Right. "He said, "I won't look at these whales belly any more, but once more will I look to Your holy temple, Lord." Depends on what you're looking at. If you're looking at your symptoms they'll be there. If you look to God's Word, symptoms will have to vanish.
Why did Jonah do that? Is because that he knowed that when Solomon dedicated that temple, he said, "Lord, if Thy children be in trouble any place, and will looks towards this holy place and pray, then You hear from heaven."

ABRAHAM_ MACON.GA WEDNESDAY_ 55-0608
E-34 But he said, "Once more will I look to Your holy temple, Lord." For he knew when Solomon dedicated that temple, he'd prayed, and he said, "Lord, if Thy people be in trouble anywhere and look toward this holy place and pray, then hear from heaven." And he believed the prayer of Solomon.
And if Jonah, under those conditions, could believe the prayer of Solomon, under a temple that was dedicated here on earth, how much more ought we to believe tonight by a resurrected Lord Jesus setting at the right hand of God when He tells us; making intercession following of our confession. Refuse to see any symptoms, and say, "They're lying vanities," and walk away from it. Amen. Don't pay no attention to circumstances. What God says is the truth, not what you see, what you believe.
Jesus never said, "Did you see it?" He never did say, "Did you believe it? (or, I beg your pardon), never said, "Did you feel it?" He said, "Did you believe it?" That's it.
So you act on what you believe, not what you see. Not what... just what you believe. And if you believe God will keep His Word, then go acting like it. Take Him at His Word and go ahead. Then you're going to get somewhere. I know It's the truth. I've trusted It, brother, in the hours of death and I know It's the truth. If It worked for me, It worked for Abraham, It worked for Jonah, It'll work for you. Just take Him at His Word and believe it.

Bro.Richard and Sis.Lael,
I know the journey gets long and the devil really tries to pound on us when we get tired. I'd like to give you three testimonies from Bro. Byskal's flock. I feel they will encourage you as our God is not a respector of persons.

1. We have a beautiful girl of 14 yrs in the assembly. She is very intelligent, a real lady and perfect in every way. When Shalah was a few months old she began to have massive seizures. Hundreds a day. It left her a vegteable per the doctors, with no hope of recovery. Her mom told me she just laid with a blank stare and drooled. The father refused to accept it and after prayer she recovered completely. She is a total miracle of a healed brain.
2. A senior sister ruptured a large aneruysm in her brain. This means massive brain death and most people die instantly. In a coma the doctors said the brain damage was massive and she would not live. She never even had arterial spasms (impossible) and lived. Today when I sit at lunch with her I can see she is brilliant and whole. Her brain is sharp as a tack. Definitly a miracle. (She lost two siblings to a ruptured aneurysm.)
3. An 11yr old in the church, Alex, drowned in a flash flood as an infant. His father found him entangled in tree limbs and face down. Lifeless and blue with eyes rolled back in his head. Bro. Alex held him up to God, prayed for him and God breathed into him the breath of life! Again, the medical reports were ominous. No chance to escape without severe brain injury. Today Alex is healthy, very intelligent and loves God with all his heart. If you met either of these believers you would never know they were ever diagnosed with brain damage.
Please listen to Victory Day if you are able and read the opening prayer on The Masterpiece. I know from experience they will minister to you specifically and strenghten you in the battle. Stay strong dear brother and sister. We're all going home soon! The Word in you is being tested and the Word will always defeat Satan, any place and any time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shalom,

Love in Christ

ps Please forgive my misspellings I don't have spell check on here.(smile)

AMEN, AMEN, AND AMEN!!!
Thank you Sister Leisa for sharing those testimonies! We serve an on-time God. It is Anna's turn to be restored perfectly and WE KNOW THAT SHE WILL! It is all in God's time.
Richard and Lael, I have to admit to having my browser stuck on this page almost all day long and coming in and clicking the refresh button very often to see if you have posted any updates. I know I am not alone! We are all praying and believing, but the waiting is hard. As someone said previously, maybe God is waiting just because there is someone else who needs to see His hand at work.
He never tries us above what we are able..so I have this to say: Richard and Lael, God must have tremendous faith in YOU! He knew this trial would not only strengthen you, but just look at how we are all uniting and calling on Him as one.
I personally want to say, "Thanks." Thank you for being who you are and having the Word in you and the strength to press on through this strong storm. I love the fact that your children got to be there to pray over Anna and the bacteria in her lungs. Children have the best faith! We are believing the bacteria will NOT take hold.
If someone has the words to the song, "God Will Make This Trial A Blessing" will you please post them.
Love and Prayers

ps Lael and Leisa , I do have spell check and it keeps telling me I am spelling your names wrong....=)

Dear Brother and Sister in Christ,

The waiting is hard, we can only imagine. But as Anna is resting and healing her testimony is reaching the world. We, as children of God, are receiving so much from little Anna. Your family's testimonies gives others unspeakable faith. It has made Jesus so much more real to our family just seeing how He has held your family. We appreciate your family's strength and courage as you fight this battle. You have been such an inspiration to us all.

God Bless each and everyone of you.
Our prayers are with you,

Bro.Taze, Sis.Tiera, & Family

[SONG] A Blessing

I’ve just come into a valley, One like I’ve never been before, I keep searching for a way out, Seems like padlocks are on the doors. Oh there must be another sunrise another sunset that I’ll see. God will make this trial a blessing, that’s the Love He has for me.

I was not the first man to come into this place, You see every Son of God, This trial He must face. It is here that God will mold you, Make you what you ought to be. God will make this trial a blessing; Just be patient and you will see.

God will make this trial a blessing, Though it sends me to my knees, Though the tears flow like a river, Yet in Him there’s sweet relief. There’s no need to get discouraged, There’s no need to talk defeat, God will make this trial a blessing and the whole wide world will see.

I’m standing on the mountain, Looking back I can see, When I was in that lowest valley, His strong hand was leading me. Oh it’s good to see the sunshine and to taste sweet victory, God has made this trial a blessing, Oh the Grace He gives to me.

Still Praying - Faith Unwavering.

All our love, The Northern Ericksons, Michigan

Richard and Leal,

I just want to send you our love this evening. Remember satan trembles when one believers gets down to pray. If he's bothering you, its a good sign he's scared! There may be moments when we all get weary, but we are lifting your family up. Anna is as good as new in God's eyes. He has made this trial a blessing as His word is being lived out...we are being drawn together in prayer! Hallelujah!!
1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Just keep applying the word brother Richard.
