| Anna Grylls update Friday 5pm

Are you ready for some good news? Alrighty then...
This morning she responded to ALL her reflext tests. Now, she didn't make the correct response, but she responded. For example, when the doc touched her eye, she didn't try to close her eyelid, she just wiggled and struggled. Nevertheless, ALL of them elicited a response. First time.
PRAISE GOD! How about some more good news?
She coughed on her own, without any outside stimulation, just now.
More? They increased her feed into her intestine this morning, and she pooped this afternoon, just perfect, the right amount, at the right time. Bearing in mind the constipation we usually deal with, this was probably the most perfect poop of her life!
More? Her ventilator is set to 16 breaths a minute, and she has settled down for several hours to adding another ~16 above the ventilator, which is close to where it needs to be, about 25 - 30 breaths per minute. The ventilator is set to give her 100cc of air, and her breaths are giving her ~75cc of air. Compared to either the shallow panting or the non-existent breaths of this last few days, this is fantastic.
More? Her jaws have loosened up, and she's moving her tongue around.
More? Probably not many of you have ever seen her walking around in just a diaper. When she does, her left hand (if she's not holding something), is always down reaching for the tab on her diaper, and trying to pull it off. She frequently gets it quite quickly, with results you can imagine, so of course we don't often let her run around without a diaper on. So, just before I left the room to write this, guess what her left hand was doing...? Just with the exact same motion. If someone sees Nehemiah, could you tell him this testimony, he may aprpeciate it.
We continue to hold Anna up in prayer, claiming her complete healing. THANK YOU JESUS!
I echo the comment to Darren and Mary in the last post with a hearty AMEN, and give thanks to God that His people are drawing together across the world in this time of great need.
Addison is doing fine, they postponed all tests to tomorrow. We had a awesome time in prayer with her family last night.
God bless,
Richard

ON.THE.WINGS.OF.A.DOVE_ SHP.LA V-7 N-5 SUNDAY_ 65-1128E
213 Somehow, I--I know. I'll tell you before it happens. The doctor's a good doc--good doctor, no doubt; I--I think he's a fine man. But I--I know I'm going to be over it. It's done. It's finished, and I'm going to be well.
And I was thinking as Ernie sang that song a few moments ago, "On the Wings of a Dove." How is the melody to that? Start it for me, Ernie.
... wings... snow-white dove, (sing it with me)
God sent down His pure, sweet love,
Was a sign from above,
On the wings of a dove.
I understand Ernie made two verses of that. I'm going to make you three verses:
Noah had drifted
On the floods many days,
He searched for land,
In various ways;
Troubles he had some,
But not from above,
For God gave him His sign
On the wings of a dove.
On the wings of a snow-white dove,
God sends down His pure, sweet love,
Was a sign from above,
On the wings of a dove.
Jesus, our Saviour
Came to earth one day;
He was borned in a stable,
In a manger of hay;
Though here rejected,
But not from above,
For God gave us His sign
On the wings of a dove.
On the wings of a snow-white dove,
God sends down His pure, sweet love,
Oh, a sign from above,
On the wings of a dove.
Though I have suffered
In many a way,
I cried for healing
Both night and day;
But faith wasn't forgotten
By the Father above,
He gave me His sign
On the wings of a dove.
On the wings of a snow-white dove,
God sends down His pure, sweet love,
Oh, a sign from above,
On the wings of a dove.
On the wings of a snow-white dove,
God sends down His pure, sweet love,
A sign from above,
On the wings of a dove.

216 Dear God, I thank You for these things, Father. You give Noah the sign; You gave the world the sign, and You gave me a sign. And the next day, seeing that eagle flying, O God, there's a Message coming forth now, and I pray, God, that You'll let the Dove lead. Grant it, Lord. It's led me to a faith I never had before. I know, God; I know it's going to be all right; so I thank You for it, Father.
And tonight, send down Your Message again, Lord, on the wings of the Dove of the Word. Grant it, dear heavenly Father. And every one that passes through this platform tonight, and out yonder in the meetings across the country, may Your great Dove of faith fall into their hearts and give them faith, Lord, for their healing. Remember that God is not a respect of person. He could send the Message to Noah, could send It to John the Baptist, could send It to me, can send It to others.
I pray that that Dove will fly into every heart right now, Lord, with Its little, golden beak, and whisper that, "By His stripes... By all My wounds and stripes you are healed." God, grant that our transgressions will be blotted out, our iniquities will be forgiven us, and that our sickness will be healed. It's in Your hands, Father. In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen.

PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our family is so happy to hear ALL the good news! It's funny, the little things that seem so insignificant at the time, but come back to be vivid in your memory. On 7-24 the girls and I were at the work day at the school, and I remember towards the end, Logan was playing with Anna and saying how cute she is and how big she is getting. Our prayers are being answered as we speak (and type). Rest in His word, and His promises. We are all looking forward to seeing Sweet Little Anna at the school playing again soon.
With All Our Love and Prayers,
Asa, Nancy, Erika, Logan, Casey, and Hannah Brooke Mortimer

HALLALUJAH JESUS!!!
I'm sitting here in tears praising the God of the Universe that cares to reach down to us. That is such wonderful news! May God continue to use Anna to reach around the world with His message of love.
We who are so far away are very greatful for the obvious outpouring of love and affection from those close. It is so wonderful to see the community of God come together. May God shower His blessings on your lives.
Richard, Lael, Jay, hang in there! Know that we love you and are still praying!
