| Anna Grylls update Friday 10pm

We went up to Toledo today to get Anna’s cast taken off her leg. I posted a couple pictures. Her leg has healed in a most remarkable way. Her whole femur, top to bottom, is now huge. Not longer (well, maybe just slightly), but enormously fatter. If you squeeze her leg, it’s hard almost to the surface – the bone is enormously big. Wow. But, despite the fact that the break was almost at the bottom of the femur, there’s no extra bone laid down on her knee or lower leg.
It is quite amazing! The doctor said that this is common in kids with brain injuries, and that the bone will resorb in a year or two.
Her knee bends really well, and her skin is in great shape!
PRAISE GOD!
So she’s going to have her first bath in 6 weeks tonight!
Apart from that she’s doing OK. She’s continuing to sleep better, and sounder. Her heart rate tonight was around 120 bpm, which is a lot lower than it has been.
I got positive proof that she can react to what she sees today. We were coming back from Toledo, and I put some drops in her eyes. Whenever she gets drops in her eyes, she closes her eyes for maybe 10 – 15 seconds, then opens them again. Today, after she opened them again, I held my hand close to her face, and she closed her eyes again. Then when she opened them, I waited a little while, and put my hand in front of her face again, and sure enough she closed her eyes again. I did it several times more, waiting different lengths of time, and each time she closed her eyes a second or so after I put my hand there. PRAISE GOD!
Again we thank God for Liz, she stayed this week while I was gone, and then came back again today while we were in Toledo.
Thank you Jesus for healing Annie B!
God bless,
Richard |

Thank God for Liz and for all your good news. I pray every morning that Anna will open her eyes and see clearly. I pray also that your faithfulness will be rewarded. With love in Christ, Elaine

Just to let you know we have been praying for Anna ever since we recieved the pray request in our church. There are hundreds we know of who have joined with us.Tonight we were greatly encouraged by a message spoken in our church by Bro.Tim Dodd concerning forgiveness of sin and healing.(both past tense) Acceptance is the key. If The Lord would put it on your heart to listen to the service, log into www.bibleway.org and from the achieve select Dec16 pm God Bless you and increase you faith Mike Gagnier
