 A few more funeral arrangements
If anyone would like to send flowers, you are more than welcome to send them here to our home, or to Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, 506 N. Cable Road, Lima OH 45805.

If anyone would like to make a donation, you are also more than welcome to do that.  Unfortunately I haven't had time to decide exactly where any donations will go, but there are several charities that help children who have nearly drowned.  I need to investigate them a little more to make sure any donations would be used wisely, and then I would choose one and give any donations to them.  Unfortunately, brain injury is apparently the costliest type of illness or injury to treat, so there is always a tremendous need.  Donations can be sent to me here at home, or care of me at Siferd's.

Thank you,

Richard

Can we make donations directly to you to help with funeral costs or even medical bills?

Richard, Lael and family...

I'm sure when you woke up that Sunday morning, the thought of such a tragedy happening to your family was impossible. I think we all as humans see very sad events happen to others but never really think it can happen to us. I am reminded every time we visit Childrens Hospital how many very sick children there are and there is a renewed burden to try to help the children and their families.

I feel very fortunate to have met your family and welcomed into your home to help care for sweet little Anna. While rocking her I read the cards and letters you had all over her room and felt the warmness and comfort of the family and friends that surround your family. I know that I have taken away more than I was able to give and I will always value my time there.

I hope we can remain in contact as I have grown very fond of your entire family. Tell Elizabeth I want to hear all about her play...I'm sure she was the star (I think the butler did it....HaHa), Emily...I always need help with the horses, Jacob...I do think someday you will be able to run as fast as the horses but don't forget to wear your ankle guards...Jonathan, I always need a cowboy to ride the horses for me and you are AWESOME. And Nehemiah ....I hope you got a couple pieces of the pecan pie.....I put your name on them.

We are making a donation to the NW Ohio chapter of the Make a Wish Foundation in Anna's name.....

and as you have said so many times Richard..............

Thank you Jesus for healing Annie B !
