Anna Grylls update December 25th #2

Auntie Jochebed came this evening :)

Bliz, Jake, Em and Jonathan came back home this morning. The house is full of noise again! They wanted to come home to open presents, but they would have been happier if the presents had been delivered to Mary’s house!!!! We give many thanks to Mary and Darren for looking after them these last few days. We also continue to give very grateful thanks to Sarah Mast, she gave up Christmas with her family to be here with us. She has been an incredible help this past year. All praise to God!

Anna continued to deteriorate today. Her eyes were rolled back in her head for a while. Her blood oxygen is the lowest it’s been.

Her current diagnosis is congestive heart failure. Today she didn’t even tolerate an ounce of fluids over a 2-hour period.

She continues to be very peaceful. She opens her eyes occasionally, but not very often. Her eyes aren’t tracking any more – when you move her head, they stay fixed straight ahead.

If she continues at this rate, it is hard to see that she will be with us for more than a day or two.

Lord Jesus, please have mercy on Anna, please either raise her up and make her completely well, or take her home to be with you for all eternity. Whatever you choose, we give you glory and honor and thank you Jesus for healing Annie B!

Your faith is awesome. God has taken you to the limit and still you declare His name. May Anna continue to have peace and may the Lord continue to fill you with his Goodness and Spirit. It is wonderful that he has surrounded you with so many angels.

I read a message today after praying for Anna and it really blessed me and I think it is just the right one for your situation. Here is a bit of it:

"Why does God let troubles come? God harnesses trouble, puts bits in its mouth, and makes it obey Him, and those troubles bring us into a closer fellowship with God.
There had been no rainbow until the flood came. But after Noah was pressed into that condition that he was in, to float forty days and nights in a storm and the little ark pitching up and down in the water, it was after the flood was over that he saw the rainbow for its first time, the covenant of hope, the covenant of promise. After he'd went through the tribulation, then he saw the promise. That's the way you see the promise, after you'd gone through the tribulation. We ask for comfort and peace; God gives us the best He could give us:trials and tribulations. That's better than comfort and peace. Our comfort is just beyond the river. It wasn't until the Hebrew children was forced into the fiery furnace, on one of their most outstanding trials, that they seen One like the Son of God stand among them. Their troubles produced the Son of God standing among them in the breezes to wave away the heat wave. But not until they went into the fire did that Comforter appear."
Dear Bro. Richard you are in the fiery furnace right now but the Comforter and the mighty Healer is just about to appear and He will perform a miracle for you. There is no doubt in my mind that that is what He has in store for you. God bless your family and little Anna,who is a miracle. Can't wait to read the amazing report of her healing.

Amen on that! Bro. and Sis Grylls, We are trusting and believing too! Praying that God will continue to let Annie B rest peacefully until the miracle is performed!
