Why is it girls just dont get on with their boyfriends or husbands mothers. I have never spoken to one girl or women who can say they trully get on with their mother inlaws.  
I have now been with my  boyfriend for almost five months and still I have never really had a proper conversation with his mum, I have to admit I dont really try as hard as I should now but she doesnt at all, the odd word here and there but I always get this feeling shes judgeing me and also that shes watching me closly when she thinks I cant see, which i find a little strange.

Now I have to give her some credit she has been a single mum for over five years after her husband and my boyfriends farther past on, and honest I think she does and has done a great job. I dont want to sound like im battering the women because im not its just sometimes she chooses to play this role I cant decribe it, but she gets funny if me and her son spend to much time together and recently she had ago at him because when I come round we both just go to his room, well were both big boys and girls now and we both spend all week going from college to work and hardly get to see each other so when we do we just want some alone time which he has explained to her and she has said she understands yet when I come round all of a sudden she needs him to fix something like the tab or the fridge, and this does happen often so i dont think Im just jumping to conclusions.

Anyway recently she has started to see this guy who has moved into her anex that she had built to the side of the house for her parents to live in and help when her husband was sick , Now I thought this new guy would help because he would distract her and she would stop acting like im steeling her son from her which is rediculous, I dont want to be his mum girlfriend will do. But this new guy......... what an arse, My boyfriend also has a great dislike for this man. The first time I met him he walked in as if the house now belonged to him with his slicked back white hair and his posh tight turtle neck jumpers and simon cow trousers not forgetting the double rimmed glasses he wears. He just instantly reminded me of an Italian Pimp with his sweet talk of crap and doggy fake tan. And his first words to me and my mum was and i quote " You should read my book its about how to manage your finances" this comes from the guy living in someones anex! he then later on while my mum and my boyfriends mum were in conversation about how hard money is between the both of them at that point said" Money means nothing, people spend far to much time worrying about money" well thats ok for you to say mr smarty pants when you dont live with your children anymore and hardly pay for them and live in an anex and dont have much of a social life so you dont have to spend money on going out because most people wouldnt want to go out with you.

But for some reason she finds something about him i dont quite see what but there you go. Now your propably thinking why are you going on about this guy well because he has really started to get on my nerves and because of him I now try hard to not go round as often as I use to. When im there he never ecnologes me not one word and he isnt nice to my boyfriends mum either I feel like he knocks her down and makes her act old. Shes still quite young and he reminds me of my weird grandad with his old peoples trates after the drama shes been through I think she needs someone fun who will take her out fun places and show her a good time which doesnt mean her pretending to be posh while sipping her red wine and talking about stupid things hes done. She needs someone who makes her feel young again and spoils her and gives her some surcurity and above all a friend which is why im so against this stupid imposter there is deffinately an alter mateum with this man which I have started to think since my mum gave her opinion on him and shes normally a pretty good judge of character. God I hate not being able to go round and feel comfortable and haveing to listen to this stupid arrogant man with his silly conversation which often tends to be about him self, I also think hes abit socailly retarted, hopefully he wont be around to long because im not having him at mine and my boyfriends wedding thats for sure.
