  When to roll
Parents are expected to be leaders of their family but is their a point when th ekids are all grown for them to give up the throne and allow their kids to lead?

I don't leadership should be fully relinquished to the kid until the kid has proven he can handle it. If this is at age fifteen, or ten years after they graduate and FINALLY move out of the house, then so be it.

As long as you are the recipient of someone else's labor you must remain the subject and not the ruler. Once you have been able to rely only upon yourself can you truely be the king of your domain.

Do you understand who your parents are? Did you ask them about their goals, wishes, dreams,childhoods? Learn about them more!
