I was hoping it wouldn't happen, but it did: I like a song by Death Cab for Cutie. Transatlanticism. I've been listening to lastfm a lot over the last couple of days, playing my recommendations. It's kind of like Tivo, in that it gives you recommendations based on what you play the most. Remember the episode on King of Queens where Tivo thinks Spence is gay? Well, last fm thinks I'm British, apparently. I keep getting all these British, UK, Australian, even Swedish bands. I wonder if this europop stuff comes up for lots of people since lastfm is UK-based.
The Jehovah's Witnesses came back again this week and Jesse invited them in again. They have plans for next week. How long before they figure out Jesse is just letting them engage him in debate? So I will not be joining their discussions. Jesse says it's good practice for them. I'm a bit exasperated.
