Friends are suppose to be there when you need them. I have this friend who I have recently found out has been talking alot of shit about me behind my back. I am a blunt person if I have something to say I am going to say it regardless if you are my friend or not I will just say it. Well I say things to her face regardless if she likes them or not I dont think that lying to someone is a good thing. She is two faced I guess but I never really saw her as that. I now realize that I have to be very careful with who my friends are because someone you have trusted with everything can just turn around and stab you in the back without any second thoughts. I guess I am just going to have to loose a friend because a true friend is someone who you can trust and who is not going to talk shit about you behind your back. Because people like that are just enemies who have nothing better to do.

not easy is it having to hold your tongue when socalled friends have betrayed your trust - i am finding atad difficult myself.
and yes, a true friend does not betray/gossip or suddenly 'turn' on you - a good and true friend should show themselves and that they care through hell and high water.
sadly, alot of people whom you think or felt you can/could trust, will stab you - sadly thats life, but not a nice part of it.
if you can bear to keep civil, then remain friendly with her, just do not ever confide etc in her again - otherwise, if you desire her out of your life, then do that, say goodbye
