Solar heating panels come in 2 varieties:  tubes, and trickle-down, or tubeless.

The variety, with tubes, is more complex, more complicated, and more expensive.  It demands more time in maintenance and repair.  Its biggest worth is its efficiency in colder places, or colder times, of the year.

The trickle-down variety is overall simpler, easier, and cheaper.

I would like to give, to you the right complete problem solution for an obsessively over-analytical mind.  The clues, below, will lead you to it.

1)  It is plain, that you have not been gettin enough physical exercise.  I mean aerobic, rather than muscular.  Hikin, sports, swimmin, cyclin, or work such as lumpin, workin for a movin company, or construction would likely help.  At least 2 hours each day, more if it is walkin, less if it is somethin that is more demandin on your breath.

2)  Get into the habit of bein more "hands on".  If you see somethin that "isn't right", or that you don't like, find out what you can do, to change it.  Often, folks improve, if you compliment somethin about them, instead of pointin out their faults.  If you see a piece of furniture with a crack or discoloration, get some stuff and fill the crack or touch up the discoloration.  If you see a piece of trash, pick it up.  Learn how to help others psychologically.  Plenty you can find online if you search.

3)  Take care of your intestines.  Wait a lon time between feedins.  Don't let stuff lie around in your intestines, especially coffee.  Drink plenty of distilled water or rain water.  If you get constipated, add basil to all your food.  Don't mix fruit with non-fruit in the same meal.  Chew up your food well, instead of chewin on your thoughts.

4)  Find out whether you have been breakin any law.  Often, mental doins have been used to avoid lookin at what we must change, about ourselves.  Check the curses in Deuteronomy 28, see if any of them fits your life.  If so, then begin to study the commandments in the Torah, and in the whole Bible.  We have been workin on developin counsellors, to help you zero in on your particular case.  It will be months before any of them will be ready for you.  Check Bible Fixit Hubs for updates, on availability of counselors in your region.

5)  Listen to Prem Rawat at Inner Peace.  You are likely to get solutions, whereof no one would ever dream.

Why would you even want to do volunteer work locally?  Isn't life the pits?  Why bother?

You don't have to believe me, when I tell, to you, that there are those, whose lives do not suck.  Yes indeedy.   I have seen them.

As I said, you don't have to take my word.  But, if you are an investigator, then you can discover some of these folks, that I have seen.

I went to a place, where folks were at a social event.  I was lookin around, checkin thins out.  I saw 2 or 3 folks there, who were outstandin, from the others.  I could tell, that their lives did not suck.

Look!  There will come a time, when there will be a perfect master in your time, and it is up to you to determine whether or not you follow.

You are better than they are.  They can't overcome you, once you learn to use the right techniques.  Ignore the blogs and videos, and other sources, that tell about their political manipulations and their money and armies and police.  That is not their power.

Their power is in the occult.  But you and I are better than they are.  Our power is in God.  God is more powerful than the occult.

Therefore, when we learn to listen to God, and to obey God, we trump them, and we see victories, that happen in plain sight, but that you and I began in private.

This is just my opinion.  It is better to prevent a disaster than to survive one.   "Prevention is the best cure".

I am goin to now look up the root meanin of the compound word, "prevent".  Pre is a dialectical variation of the word "for" "pro" "pre", because "p" and "f" are dialectically interchangeable.

So it is the same, as if it were "forvent", "to vent before".  "Vent" means "come", so "pre-vent" means to "come before".

So we come before a disaster.  We act before a disaster and we forestall and abort it.

How we do this?

In Bible history department, and even in the prophecies, are many stories of disasters prevented and disasters matured.

In each case, it was the moral behavior of the folks, that prevented or fulfilled the disaster.

So, best way to survive a disaster, is to forestall it, by moral behaviour.

Bear in mind, that the education has been infiltrated, so what is considered to be immoral, by God, has been called "moral", though it is not.
