Patient
I have learned to be patient over the years. When I first got out of college I was a very anxious/hyper/ambitious young man. That has changed over the years. I am still ambitious but I no longer expect to reach my current goals overnight. I started college not long after getting out of high school. However at that time I was not ready for it and I only lasted one semester. It took me four years in the Navy, one which was spent in Da Nang, Viet Nam, while over there I lost some very special people to the war, including my brother who was a Marine. When I went back to school after I got out of the war I was focus and had set some fairly lofty goals. However, I have learned that as an individual grows there goals change. Over the pass 30 or so years I have met and in some cases surpassed my original goals that I had set when I graduated from college. My objectives have changed partly because I have met my originals goals and partly because of s military Service connected disability that took 28 years to manifest itself.

Good, goals are very important. I haven't really thought to much about goals, I just roll with the punches and make the best of things and live one day at a time like my mother told me. Do you have current goals set right now?
