I stayed with a friend last night.

We slept in a tent...we were really scared, so we kept a knife with us.

I was feeling depressed and i really really really wanted to cut.

I last cut back in june. But last night was different. I did it. I slipped.

Nothing worth stitches, but enough to be relieved.

I feel ashamed. I feel like the scum of the earth.

I'm back at the beginning. I have to start all over again.

I hope i can make it through this time.
