It takes tough times to temper the soul in this life, we are always making mistakes. Only a few the Buddhists call them Bodhavista’s , each religion has them , they have understood divinity, but remain to save and guide others.
Profound, perhaps, when in the Muslim, Hindu wars that saw India and the subcontinent become independent from us, there is a story of a gang leader who had taken a Muslim child of five ( same age as my twins), and smashed his head in the form of swinging a cat against a wall until he was dead.
Ghandi said to this Hindu man, there is a way out of …[hell] if you take on a Muslim child of the same age , and bring her / him up well, but teach that child to be a good Muslim.
We from that original group of Jews , who have come under the umbrella of Christian hood , have many leaders who taught the same.
I see bloggers today take tooth and nail to one another, it is for the Bodhavista like amongst us to rise above it.
Still as CHILDREN of god a little mischief may not be entirely a no no !
