| Is there any way to fix this?
So I was reading WK and KP's blogs and I liked how they had the categories so I decided to go back and add this to mine but it reposted every one that I touched into March. Is there any way to add a category and keep it in the month that it was in? Probably not.
I really don't like that you can't fix posts and they stay in the past.
I thought that EasyToSay was right about the order but when I go to my blog it's a mess now, I started reposting things to try to get the order right but I don't know if that's making a bigger mess. Uggh. Oh well. |

HI There, I think they still appear in the month they were written as well as in the Category they are classed ... think this is right...

I made some amendments to some of my posts. I thought it was weird that I sometimes referred to "Brian" as "P" (I call him "Pittsburgh") and wanted to make it consistent. It "re-posted" the entries as being recent and now everything is out of order. I can't figure out how to fix it either! If you figure out how to edit without changing the date, let me know!

This is a result of the new date feature on thoughts. I don't like it either that if you edit an older post it puts it in the number 1 position as if it were written today. It was not that way before the changes (or updates) to the thoughts site. A post from Valentine's Day could be edited and it left it in February. I have emailed thoughts about this ... they have promised to take a look at this sometime this week. Maybe if we all keep on them about this it can go back to the old way. As a writer I'm always reworking my posts and changing the words around a bit. If that feature is lost I will be very disappointed.
