| Eviltron - Trick or Treat |
Have you ever heard of an Eviltron? Most people haven't. I stumbled across this nifty little device on thinkgeek.com, a website I used a few years ago for buying geeky Christmas gifts for co-workers such as an ant farm. I was pretty excited to find it in time for Halloween and had one shipped 2 day air so that it could be here in time. This weekend I am at Lolo's house and putting the Eviltron to good use. If you are still wondering what this is, it's a device the size of a quarter that makes noises in random intervals. The noises range from scratching sounds to children giggling to a scary voice saying - I see you. It has 6 sounds in total and random sound mode.
I snuck into T & Lolo's room and hid it behind a picture frame on his night stand. Lolo is on on the fact that it is there of course. The good times began about a half hour ago when he was making popcorn and thought he heard a wierd noise. We both blew him off. He then started watching TV in bed and swore he heard a scratching noise and thought there was a possom outside. I had such a hard time not making sounds while I laughed, you have no idea. The latest sounds it made was telling him it could see him. With that one he came into my room and asked where Cris, Lolo's brother was because he thinks he is outside trying to scare him. He turned on all of the flood lights and looked outside for his truck.
I told him maybe it was because he was working on his creepy sound light show for tomorrow that he is hearing things. He went back to his room and came back here swearing he heard something. He asked to see where my laptop, phones were and they were all right here. He also asked if Cris was hiding in my room. As I'm writing this, I realize it won't be long before he figures it out and probably slides it underneath my door. Lolo was going to pretend she did not hear it for as long as possible.
Did I ever tell you, I love playing jokes on people? Tony though has beared the brunt of more than one joke when one time he asked us to bring the lotto numbers over and we got the numbers from his ticket and gave them to him, for more than 5 minutes he thought he won lotto. It was one of the best laughs although I felt bad afterward.
If there is someone on your list you have been wanting to mess with, the Eviltron or Annoyotron may be the thing for you. It is also great in cubicles and it's magnetized for easy hiding.
Good night and happy halloween.
PS - A few minutes ago I heard a noise on my door, he finally found it and stuck it to the door handle. It was great, I went back to their room and we were all laughing Lolo had told him he was crazy twice before he went crazy looking for it. Great Fun.
