So this morning was weird. I got up at 7am to get ready for work, I left at 8am with mum to go pick up the books and office phone and made my way to the bus stop. I noticed a car that was driving past the bus stop and some people got out and made their way to the gym, then, the car turns round so it's on my side of the road and stops at the bus stop and someone beckons me. There is also a chinese lady at this bus stop. I walk up to the passenger window and realise it's this guy I haven't seen for such a long time, but we kinda had a thing. Before my mister obv. But anyway, we spoke, smiled, he told me to get in so we could talk more and he dropped me outside my house, he is so sweet and a lovely guy and I know he is going to text me later on asking questions but I would never cheat on my boyfriend, eugh no way. It was funny acting like a pick up hoe for a second I guess, anyway.
Yesterday was a slight disaster. I had a bowl of cereal and a small slice of apple pie (that i made, and yes healthy) but when I opened the freezer, mum came out and started taking things out and cooking, it was like 7pm by this point! I asked her what she was doing and she said ''HE WANTS ME TO FLIPPING COOK, SO I'M COOKING'' she bought literally a whole freezer full of chicken and started frying off southern fried chicken and fries, like a badboy american diner chef. Luckily we have a chair in the kitchen 'cos I sat down and watched her like it was a TV programme. There was fried chicken everywhere, and I seriously couldn't resist. I ate 6 pieces of chicken and had a small portion of fries. Obviously I purged afterwards, but it wasn't worth it at all.
I finally got my vitamins! Calcium & Vitamin D, A-Z Multivitamins, Multivitamins & Iron, and Fibresure. My second day of taking them, I have to take them with food, so I have one of the 55cal yogurts for breakfast mebbe. I hope I get some sort of results in a while. I went food shopping on my own, Friday, and even mums boyf. said not to get no junk food, chocolate, nothing, and I followed orders and I got fruit, veg, meat and your other basic rations, I was so pleased with myself, and it's definatly made things easier at home not having that junk (saturday is strictly a one off, i threw out that shit) I even came across Weightwatchers bread, white and soft, 49 calories a slice! I was so shocked when I saw that and I've been having toast for breakfast sometimes because of it. I also found Weightwatchers Turkey meat filling for sandwiches, per serving (3 slices) is 25 calories. I knew Turkey is very low in fat, cals, etc but wow. I haven't had the sandwich yet, I'm saving it up, sort of similar to the Weightwatchers diet which does look promising when they say ''You Have Nothing To Lose!' but kinda, I do. What if I gain weight? Meh.
Todays menu is roast lamb with roasted shallots and sweet potatos, it's 10:26am, I'm bathed, new bed sheets, sober with no whiff of weed and going to start cooking at 11:30amish
4 days till scrubs!

I hope that I don't offend you with what I am about to say, but I feel compelled to say it anyway.
You spoke of eating healthy foods and taking vitamins and counting calories. All good things to do for yourself, but then you also spoke of purging. Good God girl are you crazy or what?
You want to do good things for your body but then you vomitt causing your stomache acids to shift into overdrive.
Sending a dose of acid up your esophigus, and through your mouth and over your teeth.
Do you have any idea at all of the damage you are doing to your stomache, throat, taste buds, and teeth?
Then if you add this all up, where is it going to get you?
I haven't a clue as to what you look like physically but I bet you are not the picture of health that you probably see yourself as.
Hey if you eat it then let it stay down there. If you have enough self discipline to purge afterwards then by all means you should have the self discipline not to eat like a pig in the first place.
Heck if you have got an ideal weight that you want to maintain, then use your time spent cooking exercising instead.
I bet if you would follow a plan along those lines, you will become an absolute knockout looking girl.

wow... um yeah i am not sure what you look like but purging is so not a good idea. And did you know that if you dont eat enough you can actually GAIN weight because your body thinks that it is starving and like it stores food in you!.. YUCK!. I strongly recommend this site www.sparkpoints.com(ITS FREE) Its a wonderful site that helps you track what you eat and gives you excercise plans. It helps you either lose or maintain your weight. I went from 250 to 225 pounds with it just by eating properly. and i haven't gained any more weight! Eating healthy is a great plan! So are taking vitamins, but binging and then purging will not work well at all! You should be making sure that you consume a bare minimum of like 1300 calories a day or something( and thats on a restricted diet!!!! People normally consume 2000cal) but it also depends on your body type and shape. Honestly i bet that you are a beautiful girl regardless of how much you weigh.
YOu won't lose anymore than 10% of your body weight through being bulemic alone. I don't know if you're at an ideal weight and just maintaining but if you have a lot to shift it's not the best way - it's a lot of trouble to go to to lose so little.
