I decided this blog will be about Buddhism. I am buddhist, I went to Pacific Buddhist Academy it is the first Buddhist high school in the whole country. It is located in Hawaii. It is a super small school there is about 60-80 kids that attend the school. The school teaches the student about buddhist values and how to you them everyday. The school is very active in making everyone stand out and is a great college prep school.
The school has temple services every week, and sing the vanda ti sirana, and nembutsu. And also chants jusege (Japanese Verison). And the school doesnt matter if you are buddhist or not but they want to educate everyone.
Ok back on topic. Buddhism offically started in India not japan. Siddartha Gatuma was the first one enlightend and reached nirvana first he was sitting under the bodhi tree. And he was born on April 8th and when he was born he took 7 steps and pointed to the sky and the grounds, sweet tea began to pour and all the forest animals came out to see him. It seems unreal. There is a lot more about buddhsim and if you are interested research it more, or you can ask me some questions but i dont that that much about buddhism even thou I am a buddhist.
