| From and for a Minority |
|
Tens of thousands of Americans descended on Washington DC today and hundreds of thousands across the country supported them, as they peacefully assembled to voice their concerns as to the direction this country is being led. Meanwhile, the President of the United States, the country’s leader, was giving a stump speech to fifteen thousand of his loyal followers in Minneapolis, touting the same policies that the majority of the country is fighting against. Have we ever in the history of this country had a President, with a more blatant disregard for the will of the people?This brings to question do we not have President from a minority, as well as a President for the minority?
