After my divorce my first job was for a credit card company.I called it disfunction junction.Was a terrible job though my co workers were awesome.Being a consumer and having had my own credit card company add little programs to my card that I neither wanted or requested told me this was not the job for me.

The job was in a beautiful facility it was right next to the McDowell mountains.I worked swing shift,my desk was close to the windows I was greeted with spectacular sunsets in the evening.One of the things I miss about Arizona are the sunsets.The heat NO,I have never missed that,sunsets always.

I worked with a fun bunch of people.Heres a little run down of some of them.A story to follow.

Rachael : single,beautiful,smart as a whip only dated cops and was my partner in crime.
Rocio:one of the kindest,most beautiful woman I have ever met.Also very trusting and a bit niave.
Scott:entertained me with impersinations from the "princess bride", Rocio and him had a little thing going.
James:is my daughters age,funny as all get out and was a regular caller to a local sport radio call in show.I was usually entertained on my drive home with James calling in and arguing with the dj's.If you watch lost Hurley is James twin in looks and in voice,astounds me.
Lisa: a Vegas transplant that lived in "Lisa" land she was quite a character.Small framed,bleach blonde and wore wigs and played with dolls.
Pablo: My voice of reason.He had been a recent graduate from ASU and worked 2 full time jobs.A great person.
Keith:My big gay friend that entertained me with his nightly conquests.
Jackie:My other gay friend and voice of reason,a great gal.
John:Had fooled us all in training.Sad really,he made up grandious lies about his life only to find out he was homeless and living in his truck.I wish I had better things to say about him :(

We got in trouble from time to time.Some nights were slow and so boring we needed to entertain eachother.Lisa had become odder with each passing day.She had a four year old son that lived with his father.This is something she had told me.When she found out she was pregnant she refused to believe it,she didn't want to be a Mom.She continued to not believe it until she went into labor.I suppose living in Lisa land its hard to focus on anything or anyone else.After her son was born her husband got into some trouble in Vegas(she never specified the trouble)they had to leave and ended up in Az with her Mom and brother.Anyway she was an odd bird.

Lisa was given a trophy on the last day of training,she had sold the most unneeded packages to card holders.We had been on the floor a couple of weeks and a new training class was on the floor being shown the call center.This is how wierd Lisa was,she brought her trophy over to the class showed it to them and said "if you work hard,you can win a trophy too".Well,Rachael and I lost it,we were rolling.How stupid?It's most likely a dollar store trophy.Rachael comes up with an evil plan,this is why I like her so much!

Rachael has had it with Lisa,Lisa seemed to always get Rachaels undies in a bunch.To me Lisa was just our resident wierdo,harmless little bleached blond.It's our dinner time.Lisa's trophy is sitting ontop of her computer.We had worked this plan out a couple of days in advance.I have a polaroid camera that takes small photos.Rachael grabs the trophy we take it to the ladies room and set it on the toilet.Snap its picture,write a ransom note put it all in an envelope and place it on Lisa's monitor.We are cackling like hens the whole time,cackling and snorting.We are quite proud of ourselves.

Lisa returns to her desk and is ticked off to no end.She asks us about this.Of course we think this is horrible who would do such a thing?She goes to the supervisor to complain.Now,this supervisor knew we had done this,she just shook her head.She has to keep a straight face while Lisa is going off about her trophy,she doesn't care who did it she just wants it back.We are approached later and told to please give it back so this doesn't go any further.I know it was juvenile,but so much fun to do.Rachael isn't to happy to give it back,she wanted to stick it to Lisa for awhile.It was fun while it lasted.Though all good things must come to an end.

Lisa got back her beloved plastic trophy.Rachael went back to scheming and continued to dislike Lisa.I went back to resetting customers passwords.This is just one of the dumb things we did.There are many more,to think we got paid for this?There were only 3 players in this memory,the others come in at a later time.What a bunch of goofballs,I miss them all even Lisa:)
