Being this is April fools day.....this is not an April fools joke.....but a joke on an anal co worker....

He will be refered to as the "pen nazi " shortened to pn.....He was one of the pharmacists I worked with...when you are stuck in a small space with people....you get to know each other pretty well....small quirks,annoyances,favorite foods etc.....Pn had a thing about his pen.....ok....we all did.....we needed them and they were always snapped up by customers.....you lose a lot of pens in a weeks time....Pn took matters into his own hands......He has this lime green pen....cuts out a little piece of paper....writes his name onto it.....and tapes it to his pen......We enjoyed taking his pen from time to time....he usually kept it behind his ear.....occasionally he would set it down....well....you just had to take it.....that was the rule....

It's a slow day.....we are quite bored.....Pn isn't at work yet.......hey look.....theres his pen.....(evil laughter)......We wrap a sweater around our managers head.....to make him look like a terrorist.....I borrow the polaroid camera from the store manager.....she is now a culprit......We take a picture of our boss holding the PN's pen .......in the meantime one of techs is making a ransom note....yes making,not writing.....she is cutting out words and letters from magazines and the newspaper....she puts the ransom note in an envelope.....again provided by the store manager.......We go about our business.....waiting for PN to show up......

Pn arrives......the store manager comes into the pharmacy to give him the letter......she walks away with a big shit eating grin......what the hell.....we all have on a big shit eating grin...... Pn isn't much of a person that shows too much emotion.....he's not easily riled.....He reads his note.....puts it down....and leaves the pharmacy.....we are all pretty dissapointed......I forgot to add his ransom was to be paid out as a large bag of M&M's......Pn returns with his ransom.......plain M&M's which is good.....we have another co worker that can't eat peanuts.....hes not allergic.....they make him fart....a closed in space with a farter is bad......Pn gets his pen back......we get our M&M's.....all is right with the world....

I am also a pen nazi....I will hunt down a pen thief to get my pen back.....I suppose we all must choose our battles.....me?......I'll fight to the death to get my pen back.....and if I still had my clackers....you can bet I'd be wielding them like I was Shera the princess of power!
