| 1st week wasn't all that bad
|

Sometimes I hate being right. My friend/co worker didn't end up in a pine box. Instead he recieved 3 days of bed rest for edema. His legs were so puffy he looked like the stay puff marshmallow guy. He gave a whole new meaning to pop and fresh.
Day 4 wasn't so bad. Friday day 5 bit the big one. Rained like a son of a bitch. I spent my day cleaning. Now seriously how many times can you dust off pool chemicals? I must need my head examined. I ended up working this weekend as well. I can live with "some" over time. Again, I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack. I couldn't even pass as a flouresent bulb. Maybe all the peroxide has gotten to my brain after all these years?
This coming week I'm looking at 62 hours, I hope I hold out. When I add in my commuting time that brings me up to 76 hours. I am definately lacking in the "smart" department.
On a happier, no complaining note. Life is good, a bit hectic until I get back into the swing of things. It could always be worse. To think back when my kids were small. I worked full time, took care of my family, house and yard and still had time for fun. I just need to get back into the grove. Tim has been awesome. He did the grocery shopping yesterday, took my car for an oil change,cooked and cleaned up the dinner dishes. Is he a gem or what? I'm so thankfull I have his support. I can't believe my good fortune the second time around. Hats off to all you guys that help your other half. You have no idea how appreciated you are.
I hope you all had a great week and an awesome weekend. Time for me to get things ready for in the morning.

Hi Pita.....it's been kinda lonely around here without you.
76 hours in a single week REALLY sucks. Maybe you should snort some pool chemicals, just to see if they give you the giggles!!!

Hey Blue! I have missed you guys. I tried to catch up on you all last night but I fell short. I about passed out in front of the computer.
I might have to take your suggestion and snort some of those chemicals. Seems the only way I'll see a day off for awhile.

Yes sounds like Tim is a real sweetie .. maybe you could even get him to do your blogs for you, just for awhile, you know while you are busy working so many hours...
But then again - he may not be as funny. Oh and does your PC reach the toilet?? That's where he spends most of his time isn't it?? LOL

Hope you have a really great week!
Now, you know the story, if you do to much they will expect you to keep it up all the time. Trick is, always carry that feather duster and look busy, when they are looking. And you are right, how many times can you dust a bunch of stuff in a day?

That is a ton of hours. Please make sure you rest in between work hours. Hopefully the hours will get better.

dol I don't think we are going to see summer. Cool temps and way too much rain. If I could send it to you I would. Rain is not the pool business friend.
