Last night I went out into town with my crazy mate claire and all I can say is friday night in sheffield aint that good! It was full of men who still think there in there 20's which I don't have a problem with but please don't try it on with me when I'm young enough to be your daughter! But then it was funnny watching the "dad dancing" that they were doing hehehe!
The first pub we went to was alright it's one of those pubs where everyone is made to feel welcome. Next it was on to Walkabout which I love on a saturday night cos there have a live band and the music is Indie and rock which I love! But Walkabout on a friday is rubbish the music was all dance and pop music which I don't like at all! but the positive was it was buy one get one free....which we like!!!!
Then to round the night of we headed for transmission a new club that has just opened and the que was like mile long so we headed to reflex which is where some of the men where were old enough to be me dad!! but it was a laugh and I enjoy going to reflex' s cos nobody takes themselves seriously and thats the kind of people I like!
So I don't think that friday night has the same vibe as saturday night the music is definatly better on a saturday night!! But i would still go out again on a friday night because it's the people your with that make the night amazing or rubbish and last night was Fun!!
