 i want to lose weight !!!!!!!!!!!
IM SO SICK OF PPL SAYING IM FAT AND CALLING ME STUPID MEAN NAMES !!!!!!!!



ok so im 5'2 and about 145 ( well that's what i was the last time i weighed myself i haven't stepped on a scale in a while bc it always makes me cry so i prob weigh more then that ) =/ i know im fat and ppl never let me forget it
i want to get to like 130 but 120 would be nice right now
and i don't really know why im not losing weight i try to eat under 500-600 Cal's a day but even if i do lose weight i never drop like a jean size or anything and its really depressing going shopping with a friend who is like a size 3 and your like a size 9 it sucks big time

so dose any one have and advice on how to lose weight or maybe drop a few jean sizes ????

why don't you try to just be happy with who you are? do you really wanna look like some anorexic runway model? do you really think that is attractive? eat right, exercise, plenty of water and good rest...you will be a healthy weight and you will feel great...good luck!

Hey hunnie... First and for most everyone should be happy with who they are no matter what they look like, cause looks are not at all everything.... Secondly I would advise you to eat all 3 meals, but light meals, and drink tons of water and go on a run every other day....Because to be honest that is how I have lost 10 lbs, in a matter of 3 weeks....The reason you are not really loosing weight starving yourself is because your metabolism is sooooo slow and that is what burns your calories and fat..So if you keep it going/higher, by eating either three medium sized meals a day or six small ones, plus work out you will be much healthier and loose the weight you are trying to loose....If you do not believe me, you can read my most recent post "Im so happy--I think..."

Well I'm 5'8" and weigh more than you and my girlfriend is always telling me I'm SO thin... It's annoying sometimes... But seriously you aren't fat and SIZE 3?!?!? Size 3 isn't thin it's disgusting... Size 12 is fat... Anything between size 6 and 11 is nice... Below that and it's just anorexic thin and nasty... You should just eat more and be happy that 80% of the boys in the world want to have sex with you instead of your size 3 friend (:

hey girliie. i want to lose weight too. i am 5'3'' and 120 lbs, and i know a lot of ppl r like oohh yer so thiiin huun!!!! why u wanna lose weight giiirll?? the truth is, it's just a psychological thing. i mean, sure we all want our bodies to be healthier and all, but why do we REALLY want to lose weight?? it's because of how we LOOK and how we are TREATED, and through this, the way we see our bodies changes. i mean, like, for me, i started out 130+ lbs. i often disliked my body but it was just whatever, cuz it didnt matter that much. when i entered the "real world" (aka got out of my frikkn stupid middle school) i realized that ALL THE GIRLS AROUND ME were freakin 110 or smaller. granted most are anorexic, but that doesn't change the fact that i feel like a cow whenever i am around them. they got all the guys and the popularity, plus i just went thru a super painful breakup and it really made it clear to me: i need to shape up.
i hate my body. and because of this i have lost my confidence and it has been harder, socially, but i know that when it's all off, it'll be worth it. i know what i will look like, and i keep that image with me always.
OK now what's been working for me is this: i exercise a LOT. the elliptical has become my best friend because by setting it on weight loss (which is just basically resistance level 4, on mine) and doing it for 35, i can burn 400 calories!! yesterday i got up to over 430. it was amazing. i also have a great app on my ipod called Lose It! where i keeps track of all the things you eat and i mean it makes you stricter with what you eat. you feel gross if you put six-dollar-burger from carl's and a coke and it takes up your whole daily calorie allowance. so write down everything you eat and really think to yourself, do i WANT to eat this, do i NEED to eat this, is there something else i can eat that's healthier INSTEAD of this? drink lots of water, especially ice water, and you can add juice to taste and whatnot. this helps cut cravings. tea is also really low, if not 0 calories. you know what? you can eat anything in moderation. just because you are on a diet does not mean you are never gonna eat a cookie again... please! drinks can add up fast, so i just figure, if the drink's 100 calories (give or take a few) go for it. it's only those 700 cal milk shakes u gotta watch out for... haha. weigh yourself only once a week (more than this will make you crazy). don't NOT eat; the less you eat the more your body holds onto those calories because it needs sustenance. and don't purge or anything either :( it's better to lose weight healthfully. load ur 'pod with some great dance remixes and let's party!!
but more than anything remember that you are fabulous who you are and don't let weight loss be your obsession, like i have. because once you do, you are never satisfied. it's like a drug. horrible.


(PS i ttooootally understand the whole size 3 awkwardness thing.. all my friends are super super tiny and i hate going shopping with them because you have to say.. er.. large.. no xl... :[ while theyre getting xxs's. yknow? its horrible. we should be weight loss buddies and update each other on progress!!)

Sweetie, I am sure you are beautiful, just the way you are. I am positive you are. If you want to go on a diet, just think of it as eating healthier, not eating less. eating 500 calories everyday is really bad for you. Trying eating for fruit and vegetables and watching calories is a good thing too. Just make sure you research some actual diets =] Don't follow ones you just make up.
