death is only good if you are born again.believing in Jesus can set you free.if the thought of cutting or death keeps pulling at you it might help to try looking at your problem from a different perspective and travel down different paths of thought.like maybe imagine you are paralized from the neck down and someone has to feed you and clothe and bathe you and help you go to the bath room . or think about all the bad things in life that could be happening too you . and read the king james bible and start thinking about the positive blessings and start thanking God for the good things that you have received and not dwell on the bad .the power that comes over you to stop you from cutting or taking the pills may be the Lord. open the door and invite him in .
