counseling update =/

ok so like i went to counseling yesterday
and i had to tell her i broke the safety contract and cut myself
and then she had to tell my grandma and that sucked like no other my grandma almost started crying i felt sooooo bad and i also had to show her the cuts >.< that had to be the worst part then i was like im sorry in the car and she was like i dont understand and i was idk how to explane it to you and she like ok. and she hasnt brought it up at all to me whitch is a good thing but i have like no priacy now like if i have my door shut my grandma will come in and open it but im trying to keep it open anyways so she can trust me by myself

like now if i slip up and cut im not going to tell my couseler

That's not good sweety. you always have our support, we couldn't tell your grandma if we wanted to.

Oh no, I am sorry to hear all of that. Although, think of this way. You are going through a process that will take time to get through; addictions never just disappear. We have to deal with the urge you go through. I say we because many people are rooting for you dear. They really are. By your Grandmother now knowing what has happened, she is another person to help you through this. Keeping the door open is a good way from stopping yourself when things go wrong. It's also a good way to get rid of the isolation you are putting yourself in. You need to break free of that because it may make you doubt reality. You need to face the world and your emotions. =] And hun, you are a very strong person. It takes a very smart girl to stay in counselor and seek out help. Help isn't offered lightly and you took it when it passed on by. Stay strong, we all love you.
