 Dinner Wars
At dinner last night, my grandfather asked me if I voted  in the California primary and I told him I voted for Obama.  My dad, threw his napkin on his plate and shouted at me, "You what?"  Until now this house with my exception was solid republican. My mom then said she voted for Hillery Clinton which helped draw my dad's fire.  My grandfather just nodded and tried to change the subject.  My dad wouldn't have it.  So I said, I read Obama's speech opposing the invasion of the war in Irac, both Clinton and McCaim supported the invasion. I just finished reading "The Tuskegee Mutiny at Freeman Field".and related the extent the USAAF tried to courtsmartial black offiers, my mom suggested that we females should stick together and both vote for Hillery but as powerful as that argument is I think  Obama can end this stupid war.  Even though I am not a Christian, I read "The Saint of Calcutta" a biography of Mother Teresa.  Her pasionate letter to Bush pleading with him not to invade Irac moved me to tears.  So if Obama is killed by the CIA, then Hilley will get my vote, but not before.

We need more people to stand up for what they believe in. It is great to hear that you did this, despite what your father thinks!. I don't think I've made a decision in regards to vote, but I am a democrat.
