So I've officially had a bad first date. EWW!!!!
I met this guy at a bar, and really did not know what to do when he asked me out. My plan for our date tonight had been to get to know him, and NOT talk about my ex, and then if he happened to be amazing, I would see him again or see what happens or whatever.
Well this morning at the gym, I was thinking about first dates, and my first date with my ex, and how I had butterflies and weak knees, and I was so nervous to be with him, and so excited. This date, I was not exactly looking forward to. Then we get out and the guy is so extremely over-confident. He kept talking about how girls always dig him, blah blah blah. And then he started asking me what my intentions were for going out with him. We spent more time talking about how I'm not all over him, then we did about each other. He kept complaining about not "getting" me, but wasn't asking me any questions about myself.
Then he drives me to the "lookout" even though I make it clear to him that I'm not going to do anything. Then we sit in awkwardness for an hour while he tries to "figure me out". He kept asking what I would do if he kissed me, blah blah blah. The worst part was, was that he kept saying he didn't want to just get in my pants, but that he really liked me. How could he like me if all he did was try to "figure me out"? UGHHHHH! So then, he got all "hurt" that I wouldn't kiss him, and so I made the mistake of agreeing to kiss him goodnight. Any guy that needs a pre-end of date verbal agreement that he will get a kiss at the end of said date.. well... So he takes me home, and we sit in his car as he asks if he can call me again. I awkwardly tell him that I'm really busy for the next few weeks, but maybe after that (am I too nice???) and then he plunks a big one on my lips. I quickly kissed him back and pulled away, and then he went in for a second before leaving me alone.
Definately a bad sign if I feel attacked by him pecking me on the lips. I then bolted inside and ran to the sink to wash my mouth off. I don't think the kiss was bad, I just did NOT want to kiss him! It's probably a combination of me really not liking him, and of me not being ready to date again. Either way, I am traumatized.
I'm shuddering just thinking of him calling again!

I was wondering how the date went! I really do not have much to say! He sounds a little pushy but hopefully he will understand. If not girl, you have to stand up and be honest with him because the longer/deeper it gets the more serious he gets and then you are in for a crazy person! (if you don't already have one)! Haha There are plenty out in this world! Just live it up!
