The friend called me today to tell me that I left something at his place last night. That sounds bad! Anyways, I for SURE didn't leave anything there - I'm organized and knew that something was up. He wouldn't tell me what it was, and just showed up at my place to drop "it" of. Well what it was, was roses, a teddy bear, and candy. It was a "Don't stress out too much for exams" gift...
On one hand I'm touched. I've never gotten flowers "just because" from anyone, yet alone gifts too. It was sweet of him to do that. On the other hand, I'm annoyed that he hasn't got the hint. Or if he has, he's ignoring it. I don't want to date him! So now I feel bad, because he's putting a lot of effort into "this" and... well I don't wan't to reciprocate (to say the least).
Good news, I'm SO excited to go home. Bad news: apparently I can't take the week of my birthday off for work. For some reason, of all the weeks in the next four months, the one week that I wanted to book off (my birthday week) is off limits. Mysterious... anyways, it sucks because that's the only time in the summer where me and my girlies are all going to be in the same city, and we were going to do our annual camping trip. So now it's going to have to just be for the weekend. Ohhh well! At least we get to go!
