It's finally done - this hell year.  There have been good and bad things that have happened.  The bad things have had a heavier weight on me than the good.

I'm happy to say that after a monstrously disastrous end to this awful year, life has since been awesome.

Recap of the horrors of todays commencation of hell week:  I thought my exam was at 9am, psyched myself up for it, showed up and was at the wrong place, or so I thought.  It turns out my exam was actually at 2pm!  That sucked, considering I had to wait five hours to do the test.  I also had a massage scheduled for 1pm, so that was cutting it very close.  It ended up being okay though.

Then the beginning of the rest of my life!  FREE ICE CREAM DAY!!!!  Fantastic.  We went twice, I had Half Baked and then Phish Food.  Then, we got candy and I bought a few new pashminas.  Then we drove to the burbs to hit up a megaplex mall with an H&M.  It was the coolest mall ever, it was SO nice and elegant, and had huge gardens inside!  I bought three new shirts, and then the highlight of my day:  I found a jacket.  It fit.  It is beautiful!!!!  I have a problem finding jackets because I'm very short and tiny, and all trench coats and long jackets diminish me.  This one though, was on sale, my size, and amazing.

Then I hung out with some friends, went out for chocolate (for the last time before I head home!)  I got a frappe and a brownie.  Heaven!  After that, we went to a party down the street, came home and hung out some more.  And now, I'm attempting to calm down before bed.

I can feel the tides turning.  I know it sounds lame, but I really feel like the hell is ending!
