i agree with lostbutfound. It's one at a time, and i'm with you in that cycle because i'm dealing with addiction problems aswell. I stopped using ice about 10 months ago, and everyday has been a stuggle, it's not easy, but it's not impossible.
My best advice is to take it one at a time, don't look at the long run, just think of that day that's infront of you. Don't think "I'm quitting forever" just tell yourself every morning "not today".. Forever holds alot of weight, and for me thinking of forever made it harder to quit. Think of the short term.
