I'm at a point in my life where I need a change, I want to get healthy, I'm 5'7 and almost 230lbs, I need to lose weight. I use to be thin and somewhere in the last couple years I've lost myself and became so unhappy in the process. I want to find myself again, I want to be happy and enjoy my life. I use to fast for a few fays at a time and I felt great but I've never had the willpower to keep it up. I'm ready this time, I'm ready for a life change, I'm ready to get back the life I had. |

Hi. Just read your blog and guess what? You have described me almost exactly except I am 5'6 and weigh 225 lbs. I too am ready for a change! I am so tired of being fat and feeling so unhappy about myself. I have not had a relationship with a man in years and I know it all has to do with my poor self image. I hate my body. I used to turn heads. Now I odn't even get a glance. Good Luck with your weight loss!! Deb

Thanks for commenting. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I want to turn heads as well. I feel like I've tried everything and nothing ever worked. I know it's going to be hard but if I keep holding it off it'll be harder. Good luck to you as well.
