| It's a God Thing |
A few blogs back I told about how I had to pretty much miraculously save up $500 dollars within the next two months. The thought of that practically had me in tears! Minnimum wage with under twenty hours a week isn't the easiest pay to live on.
Anyway, I was browsing around on facebook yesterday and saw that I got a message from one of my aunts, I was kinda surprised because she doesn't really seem like the kind of person to enjoy facebooking that much. It turns out that she had found the graduation card she bought for me with the announcement that I sent her shoved inside it in her purse. She felt horrible because it wasn't signed, addressed, or anything, just sitting there without a purpose. The entire time I'm reading her message, the only thing I'm thinking is, "Wow, this is just too perfect to be just coincidence, God must really love me!" I'm mean really, if she had sent it back in June like the rest of my family had, I would have spent it already and still be in the same predicament that I am now. If that's coicidence, then I decended from a monkey!
Then, last night I got home from my sister's house (I was there all weekend,) and went through my mail. After five and a half long weeks of impatience my new license finally came! Which means that I can start as a delivery driver this week for work! Which means I'm gonna get tips!!!! And the other drivers rarely leave with under $20 a night, it doesn't sound like much, but if you drive enough and don't spend it in between, that really begins to add up.
So yeah, I've officially decided that God really does love me, even when I mess up multiple times in a day. And I offially proved Matthew 7:7 right; "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you."
What a great way to start out the week huh? Finding out that everything is going to turn out just fine.
