I'll send you a twinkie. I've never had one either - but it's by choice. I dont like cake or anything like that. But I'll send ya one :)
If you do crunches that will target the stomach muscles but it wont help you unless you add in cardio. Try to stay away from processed foods and hopefully you'll have your 120 lb body back.
BTW I would soooooo love to weigh 120, heck even 140 would be a nice change for me :O)

Do this and you will look great:
1) Walk, jog, or bike 30 minutes a day.
2) Do 3 set of each of these:
a. 30-50 crunches per set.
b. 10-20 oblique crunches per set.
c. 60 seconds of leg lifts per set
3) Each 4 celery stalks, 1 carrot and
2 apples per day.
That's it...
You'll be slimmer in no time!

Oh and reverse crunches will work it out also.
To do:
Have someone stand behind you (hold their ankles for support).
You are lying down on your back, bring your legs up to their chest, have them throw your legs but you stop them before they hit the ground.
To work your obliques have them throw your legs to the side (not straight down) and stop before they touch the ground.

What Paul said. But, just jogging for 30+ minutes every other day should be a real good start on it's own.
Take care,

1. Cut out snacking between meals.
2. Dont eat too many treats (like twinkies, cheesecake, etc).
3. Dont focus on the image of those extra pounds but hold the image of how you want to/ did look in your mind.
4. Strive to b e content with who you are, now what. YOU are not your image, you know.
Other than that, good luck. lol
