The Obamanation is out in force in these posts. Obama has managed to stir up hatred, not hope. Obama claims he is for hope, but he stirs up this? If he can't win except by trying to destroy his opponent with all this hate in the democratic party, he sure can't win in the fall with it. Obama is frankly unelectable.
Here is a history lesson for those who don't know any. In 1972 the democrats were on a roll. There was an unpopular war, the Pres. was involved in Whitewater, the people thought the dems couldn't loose. Many young people were involved and voted in the primaries. Guess what? McGovern lost by 23%. This supposed youth vote, stirred up hatred for all things mature and competent, anti-war, well in the general election, across this country, people will not vote in the main for Obama. There are not enough youth and black people and left wing elites to win in the fall. To understand voting trends, you must understand U.S. history. The youth of this country are not all voting for Obama. Hillary won the youth vote in California, even some young people are supporting McCain. The real thing that Obama is doing is stirring up this hate politics and calling it something else, he is calling it hope, he is calling it something that he is not actually doing, with the help of the rabid press that just love to hate Bill Clinton and are using Obama to do it.
Sure Obama has great rallies, everyone fired up and ready to go. But to actually pull out these caucus wins, he pays people to organize the 'vote'. Its not even a true representation of the democratic preference, a caucus in a red state? That state will go republican in the fall so even though Obama touts it, he can never win there. Its all hype and fluff. If the democratic party goes into this election with Obama, they will loose. I predict he would be lucky to win 10 states. In fact, it will be more like 2 or 3.
Whether you like Bill Clinton or not is not even the question. This election in the primaries is about Hillary and Barack. Who is more likely to be able to get the job done? Obama has these grand platitudes. He says great things while on the stage, but has he shown that he is really any different? As a politician, he has done the same old hate politics the republicans use to try to defeat his opponent. While he goes around the country declaring that he is the only one that can defeat McCain the actual truth is that our country is not about to put him into office. His 'plans" are so vague but his promises are too grandiose. He cannot do the things he promises to do. Just by being the peace candidate? He is promising that he can end the partisian divide in Washington. By being the most liberal senator? Hardly. This country is by no means that liberal. He has no magic wand that can or will end the conflicts. There are competing interests that must be delt with.
Look at what happened with the nuclear industry bill. He claimed he passed it. It has not been passed. He claimed it protected the people, but it watered down mandatory requirements in favor of the industry who is his major supporter. His actions fail to follow through on results for the people he is supposed to represent and instead favor the big business backers of his. The truth about Obama will come out more broadly across the nation if the dems elect him. McCain may not run such a negative campaign, that remains to be seen, but the republican attack machine can't wait to get their hands on this inexperienced black guy with so much baggage. They keep saying that he will be more dificult than Hillary to run against, but don't you believe them. They want Obama to take Hillary out of the race because they know he will be easy to beat in the general. We still live in a racist country. Don't be fooled by the surge in the Obama rallies. People love a good show. They had great rallies in California, even the governors wife came out, but in the end, Hillary took home the victory.
