| A bedtime story for the kids |
Once upon a time there was a little girl named Missy, Missy lived in a tiny birdcage and all day people would poke her and yell at her and make her hate her life. She was only allowed out for several hours each day and that was only so she could seek shelter in a nearby tree to rest her tired poor soul. One day Missy decided enough was enough and when someone came up to poke her in her birdhouse she bit their finger off and laughed as their blood flowed down her chin. The person screamed and ran away, yelling that the little girl in the birdcage was psycho and to stay away. That seemed to only anger the people and made them scream and curse at her even more. Missy wanted to escape but there was no place for her to go. She would not be allowed to rest in the tree if she left the birdcage so she continued to put up with it. Every day, for 8 to 12 hours a day. Missy was not a very happy little girl but Missy did not want to lose her resting tree. She bit her tongue and closed her eyes, trying to block out all the annoying idiotic people that would not leave her alone. It did her no good, they always got through to her, always made her want to pull her red hair out, always made her feel that she must haved died and gone to hell.
I would like to say that Missy eventually escaped the birdcage and was able to keep her resting tree but that would be a lie. Missy is still in the birdcage, still hating her life and those that poke her....Still waiting to be saved or to find another birdcage, one far far away from all the stupid people in the world.
