 Alzheimer's Disease
It is a neurodegenerative disease. Its sufferers loss their personalities and normal brain functioning. Although scientists have no full understanding of the disease, they have found misfolding of amyloid beta proteins initiate this condition.

While the amyloid proteins are formed from amyloid precursor proteins amyloid beta proteins are also formed. During this formation of amyloid beta proteins sometimes misfolding occurs. And as result amyloid plaques which are incomplete proteins are deposited outside the neuros of the cental nervous system.

Later, hyperphosphorytated tau proteins form tangles inside neurons.
