Hi All - Angie here for Gabe (again)...she finished Boston with PERFECT weather, and lugged her bags on to the subway for a trip to the airport...flew off to Minneapolis via Chicago where the flight was delayed a few hours due to bad weather in Minneapolis...but finally made it there.
She's staying at the house of a family friend (and marathon runner)...she's already photo'd most of the route and is criss-crossing the twin Cities to capture landmarks such as MOA (the mall of america) which is a place she SWORE she would NEVER step foot in, Mickey's famous dining car, MN History Museum where she made them dig out archives on this guy named Duebner who invented the shopping bag with handles...ah...fun!
I think she's really busy - with limited internet and that's why she's not posting lately, but I wanted to give the update so you know she's alive and still going strong...
Sunday is the actual Twin Cities Marathon event and she'll be getting pictures of the actual event in progress!!!! Then off early next week for a 6 day stint in Chicago...which she's thinking should take 10 days with the wind at her back...but 6 days is going to have to do because that's all she's got...then back to Boston and home to Seattle...
I asked her if she was ever gonna do another 4 city tour in a month and she laughed - so I take that as a "no"!
But hey - you gotta hand it to her...she sure is earning her title as the Empress of Photography!

PS. Yes - her cats are still alive...AND...I have been remembering to feed them every few days...but I think they might be kind of lonely and probably wondering at this point if they've been abandoned forever!
