This is an ongoing situation which the Fremont Police have allowed the girl to stalk Jeff relentlessly. Here are just a few of the many phone calls from her he recorded and placed in my posession. I have placed them here for access:

Cops hold Fremont man in domestic abuse caseResident already wanted by police on two felony warrants By Ben Aguirre Jr., STAFF WRITERArticle Last Updated: 08/18/2007 02:31:39 AM PDT Ben, I want to provide you the first opportunity at the truth as it relates to Jeff Longmeir and the article you created from the information provided by the Fremont Police. FREMONT — A man already wanted for two other felonies was bitten by a police dog and arrested late Thursday, several hours after he apparently beat his girlfriend and held her captive, authorities said. Police searched for Fremont resident Jeffrey Longmeir, 43, all day but did not find him until almost midnight, Det. Bill Veteran said. He was found under a vehicle at his girlfriend's house on Nicolet Avenue, where the search began. This girlfriend’s house you speak of. It’s an ex-girlfriend who lives in Livermore, not on Nicolet. She lives in Livermore with her husband. That’s right, married to some other guy and living in LivermoreBecause Longmeir refused to surrender to officers, a police dog was used to help drag him from under the vehicle, the detective said. Refused to surrender? This was 11:30 PM in someone else’s house. They broke the door down and cut the dog loose. If you were to go by the house and take a look where the blood is, you will see the only blood is located on the floor in the garage between the two cars… and using a little thought, how many grown men can fit under a car? I know my head doesn’t get past the sideboards on mine. He received bite wounds to his leg and arm and was treated at a local hospital before being booked into Santa Rita county jail in Dublin on suspicion of domestic violence, false imprisonment and evading police. He also was jailed on two warrants, one for a prior false imprisonment charge involving his girlfriend, and another for suspicion of possession of drugs, Veteran said. That first of two outstanding warrants? That first one came at him so fast I wonder if they ever took the first false imprisonment charge off after he served time on that bogus charge. If you check the warrant it referenced a non-existent number in the penal code. That second warrant for suspicion of possession of drugs? Although an individual can be arrested or have a search warrant issued for this infraction, no arrest warrants are issued for “suspicion of possession of drugs”. That is a straight up lie with the sole purpose of making the accused look like a “menace to society”’ Police began searching for Longmeir on Thursday morning after his girlfriend told police that he beat her and held her against her will, the detective said. First, where could this even possibly of happened? Nowhere!Second, if anyone would have checked her story the would have found a number of people who listened to her Wednesday morning when she went to the house on Nicolet (when Jeff was not there) and told them about the black eye she had and how she had gotten it from her husband…. She received wounds to her face and body, but was not seriously hurt, Veteran said. Spousal abuse starts at home, which in this case is conveniently ignored.Officers searched the home and neighborhood for Longmeir to no avail, so they obtained another warrant for his arrest. About midnight they returned to the girlfriend's home and found him hiding, the detective said. As stated before this was not her house and not his girlfriend because she is married and lives in Livermore with her husband. Another warrant(?) for his arrest… which at this point has never been presented to the homeowner. All he got was a broken down front door and blood stains in his garage. There is much more to this, all of which the Fremont Police are completely aware of but choose to ignore. They have allowed her to do whatever she wants when it comes to stalking Jeff and systematically ruining his life.
Attempts were made to contact the newspaper and provide / discuss the truth concerning this situation. I did not receive a single response from any of the individuals I attempted to contact. Along with the power to inform and influence comes the inherent responsibility, or burden, of trust and honesty. I find it disappointing that a newspaper, once provided with additional information concerning a printed article, would knowingly ignore the possibility they may have reported something less that the truth. How about you?
