Wrongful Accusation

Wow a lot has happened in the last few weeks. I would like to hear someones honest opinion about the situation that took place. I was sitting on my sofa watching T. V. while my son 13 my daughter 6 did there normal thing around the house (video games, reading etc..). my 9 year old had just left with my neighbor to attend a soccer games with her sons and my three year old was with her grandma. my husband was at work and decided to stop home to grab a bite to eat. my brother in law shows up unannounced with my niece 3, which is something he has never done. i was still on the sofa, my husband was in the kitchen, my son was 13 was in the office on the computer and my daughter 6 was in the dinning room coloring. my brother in law said he stopped over because my niece wanted to play with my daughter 3, i told him that she wasn't home and was by there grandma. when my niece came in the house she told me that her stomach was hurting and that she wanted to go by her maw maw, so i asked her did she want to talk to her maw maw she said yes and i called her maw maw on the phone for her. after she got off hte phone she went by my daughter 6, a few minutes later they came in the livivng room and both went to the bathroom which i located right by the living room. while all this was happening my son was till on the computer, my husband had just left to get back to work and my brother in law was standing by the bar area which is also right by the bathroom and the living room. where he was standing he could see the living room the front door, the bathroom and the kitchen if he turned around. after the girls came out the bathroom, my brother in law and my son went outside in the back yard to play basket ball, the girls went back into the dining are and started to color. a few minutes later my son and brother in law came in side. my son got water and went back outside. my brother in law said they were leaving so i got up to walk them to the door. well when we got to the door i noticed my niece didn't have on her shoes, she had on ther new slippers i had given her when she got there, so i grab her old shoes her dad sat her on the step to change her shoes. from there everyone that was inside went outside. by that time my son 13 had made his way out the door as well. so here we are outside. i stood by the front door, my brother in law stood on the side walk not far from the paked carson the street. Here's the part i need you all to pay attention too. i had to give you all the visual of the day so that you all could understand what took place. my son began to bounce his basketball up and down the side walk, my daughter asked him to get her bike from the side yard so she can ride it. while my son did that my niece stands by the side yard and watches as he get the bike. now where my brother in law was standing he could see my entire home side yard entrance and all. once my son gets his siter bike she began to ride it up and down the side walk while my niece ran after her. my son also gets his bike from the side yard and begans to ride it back and forth to the park and back home. my niece came to her dad and told him that she wanted to go by her maw maw, he picks her up and sit her on his leg that was proped up on thestep in front of him. he asked her if she was sleepy and she just said her stomach hurt. so he held her for a little while. he and i was still talking at that time. my niece gets down off her dad lap and sits on the step, by that time i see my mother in law driving our way and my son is on his bike riding our way as well. she picks up my niece and leaves. five minutes later my bother in law leaves as well. end of story right WRONG!!!!
11 o'clock that night i get a phone call from my sister in law ( my niece mom) telling me that my niece said my son 13 had laid her on my bathroom flor and stuck his hand between her legs. and that she was complaining that her vagina was hurting, and that she was bringing her to the emergency room to be examined. now that shit sent me into a frenzy. first because an allegation like that was made towards my son, secondly that it was made by my niece. here i am stuck in between feelings. its my niece whom was more like a daughter to me that a niece that is saying something like this happened to, and then it my son whom as a mother has never seen or felt that he was capable of doing something like this, as a mother you know if something is wrong with your child, you may not tell any one, but you know and you keep a closer eye on him. my husband gets home from work and i tell him what happened. him being a police officer wants to know the facts surrounding the situation. so i told him the details like i told you all. there wasn't a moment that those kids were outta my sight. if my niece had to go to the bathroom she would have told my daughter or me. i was standing by the front door so she would have pat me up to get ther and she didn't. then my front door is hard for my 6 year old to open with out fighting with it. my son was on his bike and ddn't got inside either. her dad was standing in a spot where he could see everything. so at what point did this take place? i talked to my son and explained to him the situation and he began to cry saying that he would never do anything like that to her and that he has sisters and wouldn't want anything like that to happened to them so why would he do it to his cousin that he see as a sister. i made him recall everything that took place that day. the things he told me are the same things i told you all earlier in the blog. the following morning my mother in law calls my husband and tells him that she couldn't sleep beacuse she looked between my niece legs and saw that her vagina was wide open and torne, bbut my sister in law said the docters said everything was normal and that there was nothing to indicate that she was harmed. first of all i don't like my mother in law and i know she don't really like me or my son because he is not my husband bilogical son, but he has been raising him since he was three. so for her to lie about what she saw made me want to fuck her fat ass up. now heres the thing my brother in law was there and all he can say is that he don't remember what happend that day and that he belives my son did touch his daughter. my husband later told me that my brother in law knew that my three year old was gone with her maw maw, be cause she went to pick up his wife from work. why he lied sayoing he brought my nice over to see my daughter when he already knew she wasn't there i don't know. why did he show up at my house unannouced that day i don't know, but the shit don't add up to me. maybe he did her something or someone else did her something and he needed to cover it up. io have been around my niece since the day she was born and i know that if she had to use the bathroom and everybody was outside she would have told us, she wouldn't have went inside alone because she is afriad to do that. be fore she would have went inside by herself she would have wet herself. she don't like to be alone just like my girls don't like to be alone they always go together, rather it's to get water or go to the bathroom. my brother in law told my husband that he was mad at me, him and at my oldest sister in law, now why that is i don't know because i feel the only person he could get angry at is his self. i no longer speak or deal with my mother in law, i no longer want my niece at my home ( not taken it out on her, but if something is happening to her i don't need my sons name no where in it) my kids can't be in the presence of my mother in law with out proper supervision because she lies, and is very vendictive, not to mention i don't like the bitch. i stay away from my in laws, because something is going on and when the dust settles and things began to come out i don't want my kids or myself no where around it.
