As i walk the sandy streets, passing all the people i meet,thinking about times gone by,looking up at the sky,holding back all the fear,trying not to shed a tear,only to find things aren't clear. As i ride this lonely path, trying to find a way to laugh,looking at all the trees,picking up the fallen leaves,bending down on my knees,thinking there is no trust,feels like life is starting to rust,sweeping away the paths dust. As i walk into the light,opening my eyes in the night,thinking about why we fight,who knows what is right,flying away like a kite,riding along full of sight. All of us need to cope, we all seem to be hanging by a rope, thats why we need the WINDOW OF HOPE.
