We all want someone to be there,hoping for love and care,touching each others hair,breaking the cycle of whats fair,missing the past,days going so fast,just wishing things would last,hoping for another day,hoping things to be okay,soon we leave the month of may,thinking of lying in the hay,years back we used to play,now we are just living our own way,nobody seems to care anymore,we are all standing idols in a store,the rich don't want to open the door,the poor are left empty on the floor,we all need to raise our voice,we don't seem to have a choice,just hold me close to you,make me feel calm and blue,just so i know i have you hoping all is true,making days for a happy few,we all seem to be stuck in the mud,feeling hopeless and dud,just like a turning fan,we all have to reach out and say we can,not to be burned by a red hot tan,we need to push like a babies pram,let it taste like bacon and ham,we all seem to be plagued by bugs,swept under rugs,just give me, PILLOW OF HUGS!
