 Super Tuesday

For those of you who are voting republican tomorrow, I just wanted to reiterate what each candidate is for.  Originally, I was going to vote for Thompson until he dropped out.  After that, my strategy was process of elimination.  I looked at each candidate, and the one I had the least problems with was who I was going to vote for.  I looked at McCain first:  he has been compared to Hillary which is not good considering she is for a communist health care plan.  He is also for amnesty for illegal immigrants.  I'm all for people coming here legally, but when they come here and expect things to be handed to them when they don't pay any taxes, and don't want to bother with buying car insurance......how can you be a supporter of that?  Take a look at the police blotter every so often; all you will see is Jose, Juan, and Carlos.  I have Mexican friends who have come here legally, and they are even upset over it.  They are ticked, because they did all the right things when they came here, and now all these other immigrants get away with not doing the right thing.  McCain also believes in global warming.  I'm sorry, but how can you believe that junk when the guy who came up with it is also the same guy who claims to be the inventor of the internet.  How can you believe in it when the guy (Al Gore, for those of you who don't know) who preaches about saving energy is the same guy that flys his big jet all over the country just to preach about it?  He is also the same guy whose mansion "consumes more electricity every month than the average American household uses in an entire year."  According to the Tennessee Center for Policy Research, "The average household in America consumes 10,656 kilowatt-hours (kWh) a year, according to the Department of Energy. In 2006, Gore devoured nearly 221,000 kWh-more than 20 times the national average."  In addition, California wants to be able to control the thermostat in people's homes......now if that isn't the government getting too involved then I don't know what is.  California is going to start looking like a dictatorship.  McCain is also for the death tax......we pay enough taxes while we are alive, and he wants to go ahead and tax us some more after we die.  Those are the main reasons I won't vote for McCain.  Huckabee isn't any better.  He is for a nation-wide smoking ban.  I understand the no smoking in restaurants, but when you ban it everywhere it starts to look like rights are slowly being taken away.  Huckabee wants to provide in-state tuition for illegal immigrants.  Yes, great idea.....make us pay more taxes to pay for schooling for those who don't pay any taxes.  Ron Paul isn't any better.  He opposes the war on terrorism, and any sort of national defense.  If he were elected president, I would not feel safe.  He also opposes the death penalty. The only guy that makes sense, and doesn't agree with any of these ideals is Romney.  For those of you who are still confused as to whether you should vote democrat or republican.......think of it this way:  democrats are for big government (meaning involved a little too much in your life), and opposed tax cuts.  Republicans are for small government (the government isn't so controlling) and are for tax cuts.

My problem is I don't listen to what people say, I watch what they do. I have seen the Republicans under Bush attack defenseless countries: Afghanistan and Irac killing millions of civilians, just because we wanted their oil, If you want to see the devil, look in your mirror.

Fair enough....you don't have to listen to what I say. Just remember, majority of the media is biased, and I'm assuming that's where you "watch" what people do. I agree, you can't always believe what you hear, but you can't always believe what you see either, because people don't always show you the whole picture.
