fat isn't the problem. you should be much more concerned about the carbs. seriously, get rid of all the bread, and get rid of juice. you don't want any of that if you're trying to lose weight.
if you prepare all your meals in the morning then you won't be tempted to eat garbage like chips....

i don't know what you look like, so i can't comment as to whether or not you are actually overweight, but losing weight is easy. the simple fact is that if you are using more energy than you are taking in you will use stored energy, and that stored energy is fat. don't force yourself to vomit...
